    I bring my wife to Neil extension and they have done it very well. My wife love the work and she promised to come again for her next pedicure service. I would suggest you to try this service also. Thank you

    The 1 Star reviews here were all accurate.

    I had a similar experience with substandard work and upselling.

    The manicurist was obviously rushing through her job because they accepted more customers versus the number of staff available.

    Cuticles were barely cleaned. Painting job was lousy. Very unprofessional. Photos taken were about 10 hours after the botched job. $64 down the drains.

    Never coming back, ever.

    Insanely overpriced. $100+ for basic mani pedi with gel removal. They upsell at every opportunity. Wish i was the reviews before going ☹️ oh well. Life goes on.

    Absolutely horrid place. I would never recommend it to anyone. The upselling is annoying, they dont stop even till after you’ve left. A basic gel mani pedi ended up costing 5x more than i should have paid, after using a voucher. No cleaning/disinfecting of the foot spas and chairs. They pull a black face when u refuse to take on their extra services (i did just to keep them quiet). The staff are rude, and thuglike. Talked about me in cantonese without realizing i understood somewhat (because i declined their packages). Worst of all, terrible quality of gelish work. They should be investigated for unethical and unhygienic practices.

    My toe was cut when the lady was trimming cuticle. I had reminded her that I was cut by another lady previous and asked her to be careful. She was impatient and told me she’s PRO. Will never have her attend me.

    Great place to get pampered before a flight 🙂 they were very detailed and put in a lot of effort. Will be coming again next time I’m there

    Wonderful service by Moon and Jiao! We are very pleased with the professionalism and the care they give throughout the session. They took note of the skin sensitivity well. Kudos to the great service!

    Terrible experience, rude staffs, brought voucher but since the written terms didn’t mention clearly the hidden terms and then when you make appointment by phone it’s not clearly mentioned either, they will reject you for treatment and rudely treat you. Don’t recommend for anyone

    Read some of the reviews here and i was actually preparing myself for what i might be getting. But im really surprised that whatever i encountered is not what was mentioned in the poor review. We did the first timer trial at Jewel outlet today. It was a walk in service and very thankful for them to accommodate us in their schedule today as we actually have 2 pax. Despite it being a first timer trial session for mani and pedi there is no short cut in their service. Everything was done well and both manicurist were very friendly and gentle. Like any other beauty service they will try to sell their package, we didn’t take it as its abit far for us but we will definitely still come back as a walk in customer and pay the regular price once in a while! 🙂 Thank you and please keep up the good work! ♡

    Agressive upselling even after declining multiple times during payment. There should be a limit to how many times you try to push a customer to buy the package. More than 5 times is a bit too much.

    My 1st time trying out manicure and pedicure at this shop.

    The staff were friendly and attentive.

    Moon did manicure, pedicure and foot massage for me. She was skilful, meticulous and attentive throughout the session.

    5 Stars for the excellent service.

    Will definitely be back for another session soon!

    I have been with the Jewel outlet for close to 2 years. Every visit ends up with a smile on my face. Friendly, experienced ans skilled staff and excellent service not to mention. Highly recommended outlet. Do support this local business if you happen to be around Jewel area and need to pamper yourself or your loved ones.

    Super duper happy with my pedicure done by Jiao and Winnie. Jiao maintain my cuticles, shape and paint my nails. She is very patient with my request of nail shape. Winnie did my nail art and she is extremely good at it. She has very stable hands and is a perfectionist.
