    My first experience when I was having the massage, another staff keep pestering for new packages. I keep asking her to stop but she continues. I raised my voice and ask her to get out after more than 15 mins.

    They should let the customers enjoy a peaceful massage.

    They are very pushy for packages. Every time I visit them, will push to buy more “promotional packages”.

    Signed a package a few months ago but did not visit them for more than 6 months (due to recovering from a road traffic accident). Revisit them a few days ago, again, end of the therapy session, ask me sign again when I just started my precious package. The shock came when I was informed that per session was 30mins instead of 60mins. I will never sign such an expensive package with only 30mins! I came home, check through my receipts and realised that I did not have the receipt. (if memory didn’t fail me, no receipt was given at that time, so my carelessness). Felt so cheated. Balance of 3 sessions and because of the “promotional package” pushing experience, I am willing to forego the remaining 3 sessions. I feel more stress up after every session.

    **After this negative review, I was contacted by the staff from the PP outlet, offering recovery services, no hard selling, FOC session etc. Sorry, the minute I pen the above negative review, I am willing to forego my 3 sessions (30mins each) but in my opinion is 4 sessions (60mins each). I do not want to go for any treatment but thereafter going through the stress of “promotional package” signing. I can burn some cash for a lesson. Money can be earned but those moments of unhappiness is really uncalled for. In fact, I had found another place with equal results if. It better at a fraction of the price. Best of all, NO PACKAGE required. All the best to your business model **

    After trying out the $10 trial at their roadshow, bought their promo massage and Bojian sessions for body and eye. First visit, service was good as they try to sell their full packages to you. But because I didn’t want to take up the package so early and turned them down, subsequent visit wasn’t so good but they still trying to push their sales. I still hv balance 1.5hr massage not completed and since then I didn’t get response when I tried to make appointment. Glad I’ve resisted their push to sell me their packages at the beginning. I usually test service till the end to see if the quality is indeed good b4 I commit to more sessions… hope the other customers learn from my not-so-good experience.

    Good Service, friendly staff, nice & relaxing ambient. Did the Immune booster treatment and will totally go back again!

    Wonderful experience I had with Multiflora, services were on point. The person was gentle and engaging, After the immune booster treatment, the following days after the treatment it was able to had a good night rest throughout without any disturbance. Will definitely recommend!

    Staff was very patient and polite. Very good customer service. It was my first time trying Benseki back therapy, and I instantly felt so much better. 100% will recommend. I’ll be back!
