    (The service attitude is friendly, the experience is rich, and the technique is neat and in place. After bojin therapy, my body has improved a lot after trying different parts of the treatment. I recommend it to everyone?)

    Just because my package was previously signed with another outlet, the Westgate outlet makes it difficult for me to book appointment, said will put me on waiting list for weekend slot. I waited for more than a month and no calls. I went down personally and again told me to wait for their calls as their bookings for the coming months are not open yet. This is really unacceptable. Every time I finish a facial, the beautician will ask me to book the next month and now this receptivity told me not open for next month booking. I have been with multi floral for at least 10 years, I don’t think this is very professional. So pushy yet make it so difficult to book even an appointment.

    The Westgate outlet is a bit far from home cuz I stay in the North, but I still make my way there twice a month cuz my masseur Vanessa is very good! She’s very knowledgeable, sharing a lot of health tips with me. She also addresses the stubborn aches that I have been suffering for years. Thank you very much, Canessa ?

    My therapist, Vanessa, is very friendly and helpful during my treatment. She will tried to understand what i needed and recommend the treatment.

    My leg treatment was much more painful than the one on my back and shoulder and too much for me to bear. I had to upgrade to another treatment. If you can’t tolerate it, don’t hesitate to change the treatment and take your time to select the one you want.

    Staff gives decent massage but are very pushy with their packages. Haven’t finished my current package and they will keep pushing me to add more things. When rejected, they will show displeasure and annoyance. Overpriced packages and vigourous hard selling.

    Fantastic feeling after treatment. I can feel my shoulder more relax and lighten after 15mins treatment. I’m new for such treatment so I ask alot of question. Their therapy lady are patient and knowledgeable.

    I sit Infront of pc more than 6 hours daily, this make my shoulder very tense and stiff. After covid, the stiffness and pain getting worst. I do go for massage to relieve my shoulder tense, normally I need go for longer hour or twice a month to get the result that I want. The problem come again after 2 weeks. Therefore, I find others type of treatment beside massage which I have try for 2 years.

    Finally I found Multiflora TCM treatment that can solve my problem. Thank you Multiflora TCM teams !

    The staffs are very friendly, my children and I have had our treatment at multiflora since June 2019 from Tampines and now shifted to Westgate outlet. Vanessa is our therapist, she is skillful, caring, and knowledgeable. She always explains to us the problem we have and how the treatment she did will help to solve our problems and improve our health. Thanks for her patience.
