    Booked a 4p massage and body scrub with Joanne, and my gf did acupressure massage with Maggie. I enjoyed the 4p massage as it wasn’t too painful yet it was good, scrub was very thorough and my skin felt smoother after which. Gf enjoyed the session with Maggie a lot as she said her strength was good.

    Just some suggestions is that the water for the body scrub can be warmer as it was too cold for me after awhile, but it was bearable I guess. And like many said, the walls here are thin so you can hear what others are saying, though it’s not much of a concern as most are not chatting. Will drop by this branch again definitely!

    Location is great, right outside Bencoolen MRT and a few metres from Dhoby Ghaut MRT. My masseuse was Julie, highly recommend her. I opted for the 2 hour session. Most massages dwindle in intensity towards the end of the session but Julie was still able to keep the pressure. She has good technique and understands the importance of separating the muscle tissue from each other to allow blood flow and flush out toxins – not just pressing down on the muscles. Fuss free experience and will be back!

    Really happy with my experience here. I walked in without an appointment and with my child to ask about booking a massage later in the day. They had availability and offered put me in a larger room with an extra chair so my child could stay with me. The massage therapist was skilled and gave a great massage. It wasn’t what I was planning on doing right then, but it worked out well and I am very happy with my massage and experience.

    TL;DR: Excellent massage and facial at a terrific price point, terrible admin and booking system.

    I had booked a Chi Nei Tsang 90 min massage and a Bojin facial trial back to back. Received a message 2 days earlier confirming the appointment for 1230pm but on the actual day was asked at 1105am if I was coming. So I rushed down only to find out that the masseuse who could do Chi Nei Tsang had a hand injury so I had to change my massage.

    Choose a Moxa treatment and have to highly recommend the Thai therapist who made my rock hard muscles melt like warm butter.
    Followed by a facial with the experienced Benica (another highly recommended therapist) who was given the wrong information and gave me a bespoke facial instead of a Bojin.

    So I had two terrific treatments but they were not the treatments I had initially made an applicant for ?‍♀️

    i’ve been to healing touch for the past 2 years at different outlets and i’ve got to say, yesterday (friday 2/9/2022 @ 8:10pm) we had the best session in their outlet at Dhoby Ghaut. understand it was busy that day hence the appt was slightly delayed. went for their couple room moxa massage with my fiancé & got Anna & Nina for our therapists. it was the most relaxing session ever. Anna made sure that I was alright and I even told her which part to focus on, she did just great!! my fiancé even went to slp cuz that’s how relaxed the session was! even though we were the last one for that day, we didn’t felt rushed throughout the entire session. the best of the best throughout my frequent visits to Healing Touch!! the receptionist on duty was friendly and kind too! keep it up team! Healing Touch never disappoints!

    Horrible place if you are looking for something relaxing. Was there to celebrate a friend birthday hence looking to destress and to be relax.

    But I came out even more stress as I had to painfully listen to 30 mins worth of conversation between the masseuse and her client from next door. I got up 3 times telling them to keep it down as they was very loud but they didn’t listen. Even my masseuse didn’t bother. Such a horrible first experience for me and I definitely would not recommend going over to this outlet/ brand. I’m sure there is else where you could go for a massage where you could at least relax and enjoy your massage for the same price point.

    I booked for 90min Deep Pressure Massage but don’t know what kind of massage that the therapist did. Steps of doing not constant ! Left to right..right to left. Bad experience ever

    Tried their 4p trial. Massage was good, it relax the muscle. Will definitely go back again.

    We booked this for my parents’ birthday, and it’s been a completely turn off start to the day. We booked this as a surprise, but when we arrived in we only heard the front desk reception complaining about her systems being down and how we are unable to get our treatment preference because she can’t see the system booking info. We understand she is trying to be “transparent” but this was such a turn off experience and removed all modicum of surprise and customer experience. My parents, instead of enjoying their treatment, felt stressed and perplexed instead.

    It wasn’t a healing touch. It was blood boiling. Please avoid this branch at all cost, customer experience is low on the totem pole.

    Maggie and Joanne was amazing. I choose both of them based on the good reviews about them and they were amazing. Joanne was attached to me and she did an amazing job. I went for deep tissue and she released all the tied knots on my shoulder. Highly recommended.
