    The masseuse was fine but the manager was racist and tried to deprioritize me for another customer. She asked me to vacate the room I was already assigned and tried to put me in a hot broom closet with no ac and bright sunlight for my massage. When I made it clear I wouldn’t get my massage in a broom closet she tried to give me back my room since it was clearly not in use and was being saved for other customers. Would give zero stars, came to relieve stress

    They are not pushy but they will definitely try to sell you their packages. Service and skills i believe it depends on who attend to you but so far for me its good.

    I went for promotion Ortho guasha today. When I went in, the two receptionists at counter was looking at me like stupor, without asking me anything. I told them my name, and done everything. I am not sure who was the staff who did massage today. However maybe I don’t like this compared bojin and massage like few times I went here before. After 1hr the same receptionist asked me to pay I wonder why the qr code scanning is only for fave. She seemed to be inpatience and telling me that, you can choose either pay with fave app, or just tap using visa or master. Ok fine I won’t go anymore, and you dare to ask do you want to have the package. Last few times receptionist was polite I don’t know how do you hire this kind of receptionist which is rude. No more next time.

    Coco has become my go-to therapist to relieve my chronically stiff neck and shoulder. Will be coming back often!

    Saw the reviews and went. I frequently go for deep tissue massage. Got Deep tissue massage for 60 mins done today in healing touch Tampnies. It’s just waste of money. I am a frequent runner and I had muscle soreness in legs. I told the masseur about the same but still the masseur dint concentrate much on lower body. And last 10 mins, she just wasted time by massaging head which was not even required. Coco is the masseur and she was saying 60 mins is not enough for my body type. The oil they use is not even a even a basic aromatic oil, no smell and no feel of oil. Don’t go to this place guys. You have many good spas in SG, please choose them. If I had option to rate below 0. I would have rated this spa -5.

    The massage was relaxing and has definitely calmed my nerves. I would definitely go again. They had some national day offer so 1 hr massage was 57$.

    I asked her to focus on my legs. But I think may be I was not clear enough.

    The walk from the lift to healing touch, the walls were a little dirty. It could be re painted.

    I did not take any pictures.

    Ohh the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

    It’s not worthy for money, never go again.

    Strongly not recommended.

    It’s not customer obsessed, not well received by receptionist as well, went many places this is the worst massage I got. Thanks

    Experienced therapist who knows where to focus without me telling them. I didn’t know I was so tense in some places until the therapist pressed there. Right strength applied throughout session. No piano playing and pretend massage like I experienced in other places. Quiet ambience and cool aircon.

    Visited Healing Touch for the 1st time. Masseuse was Sya. She has great strength/skills and rather consistent in her massage strokes. Felt like a lot of oil were used but can be wiped off easily.

    As for room, the walls are not fully covered all the way up. So you can still clearly hear the movements outside of the room. Head rest/surrounding had slight old stale smell. Area to put clothes/belongings is similar to those of JB/BKK cheap massage parlours.

    Had the 4P massage at promotion price. If full price, probably not that worth it considering the room atmosphere.

    Got the 1h deep tissue massage after not getting one for many years. Coco worked out the kinks in my neck, shoulders, and back. She could tell that I sit at a desk a lot, and that I don’t get enough sleep.

    Just note that the rooms aren’t soundproof so you’ll hear noises from outside. Recep is friendly and no hard selling.

    Edit: Coco is now my go to masseuse, and I always get the 90min package so there’s enough time to work through everything. Always feel really good in the gym the next day.

    The best place i ever visited to loosen all my muscle cramp and sore body. Massue alll well skilled, massage very meticulous and know where to concentrate the lacking area. Both the malay and chinese lady receptionist are friendly and so driven. I am so happy definitely be back.

    Receptionist is nice and friendly.

    But masseur really poor skill, didn’t manage to get her name. I already told her that I feel pain, but nothing change.

    I did the massage in the morning, now I still feel real pain on my upper back, calf, arms and even my head. I don’t even dare to touch my face after the session. It’s just sooo pain.

    And this is the first time ppl do body scrub for me before massage?

    Like after body scrub and I showered, she started to apply oil on my body for massage. For what I do the body scrub?!?! I still feel oily after I shower so many times today.

    I really don’t want to recall what happen during that 1 and half hour, terrible experience.

    Worst massage experience ever.

    Wont go back again.

    booked the hour long body massage under the promo, when i arrived i was told i wasn’t allowed to use the promo because i’m not 18? i can’t see a difference between a year age difference and why i had to pay $17 more because of that but fine, decided to still do the massage anyway. during my massage, it was clear to me that the masseuse was very poorly trained and i’m left with even worse back pains now, she really seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing, i didn’t manage to get her name but she was an older lady. she also kept sniffing and clearing her throat throughout the massage which was not very pleasant to listen to. the music was also very choppy and would often glitch, lady at the front desk also did not wear her mask most of the time. overall a big waste of money, would not recommend nor come back again.
