    Went for my first massage for 2022 and it was a great experience at the Healing Touch at Yishun OCC. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms was clean and music was suited to the environment. My masseur, Marina who did my Thai Deep Tissue Massage did a very great and excellent job and beyond my expectations. She will ask if the pressure of the massage is alright or encountering any pain every 15 mins to make sure I’m having a relaxing massage. She is polite and friendly to talk with and I will definitely choose her again when I visit the spa again. Eventually I did signed a massage membership on my first visit. Overall, a great experience. Keep up the great work, Marina. See you soon again. ☺️☺️

    Had a trial 4P massage on 18th April. Therapist Stephanie was great in identifying my sore lower back and concentrated quite lengthy to ease the soreness. Apologies to the receptionist on the timing which I was self confused on the actual time but she was very accommodating. My first time and definitely not the last. Heard of other client’s session ending earlier than supposed to, mine did not end earlier. Will try different therapy next time. Cheers everyone @Healing Touch (Yishun OCC) and keep up the great work.

    Massage was pretty average but the service attitude is quite good in general. Very hard to find…. It’s next to the swimming pool.

    The staff there are friendly and the service there is good ?. Lots of parking there.

    Quite a nice, no hard pushing

    Not the best massage but will go ahead if i have stiff shoulders

    There is no couple room available in this outlet but other than that, healing touch is still healing touch.

    It’s my to go place for an affordable massage. I do not have a specific person who I always go to as they are all, in my opinion good.

    Should you be pregnant, you can just request for a waiver form and go for the massage.

    The masseur, Ivy, at orchid healing touch is awesome! She’s chirpy, friendly yet super understanding. She knows that you’re tired and would let you rest instead of talking to you all the time. Also, she’ll know if you’re sensitive or feel pain and quickly reduce her strength.

    I would give 5 stars:

    – if the session could end on time and not earlier.

    – if the massage could start from upper body to lower body. This way, it’s more hygienic.

    – Initially, I was truly disappointed that 1 hour prior to the appointment, they wanted to push my appointment to a later time even though I booked way in advance. Fortunately, they receptionist was very kind & friendly to help me make an arrangement to secure my appointment at my preferred timing.
