    I chance by Great Eastern birthday rewards to experience body massage session at Elements Wellness ION with delights. Masseur Siti takes her job diligently and skilfully. Knowing my blockage spot, she truly make conscious effort to rub to release the lymphatic nodes. After the session, Manager JiaHui introduced their package, giving me ample time to think and ask questions before I sign up a 5 sessions package. The bi weekly massage had promoted better blood circulation. Now I am coming to the end of my 5th session of massage with Siti attending to me on every occasions just as good as my first visit. With the Black Friday promo, I grab another few sessions with delights, knowing that my body is well taken care.

    Book a full body massage for $49 (Facebook promo). Very good deal. The therapist who massage me seem young but her skills is good.a little hard sell from the consultant , but since the massage was good. I bought the package

    I signed up for massage package for 20 sessions. It was only my 7th session the manager already asked me to sign up for another package. This is so unbelievable. Today I had also experience the worst massage in my life by therapist Maya. Very disappointed with the massage skill at this price that I paid for.

    The massage is quite good but the front desk was too pushy/rude by forcing packages. If massage is good there’s no need to hard sell, I believe biz will grow automatically by word of mouth. The brand has been established for so long with outlets at orchard and somerset – owner needs to wake up as I can see the management playing angel / devil. Responding to google feedback as if they really care but continue pushing front desk to do hard sales. It is clear as sky that front desk behavior is espoused by management.

    There is no need and no point doing that – it will only turn potential customers away. My experience was all good till outside when they started hard selling.

    As a full fledged establishment, management should consider building a washroom inside the place because the public toilet beside popeye is not well-maintained.

    Massage therapist is good. However manager at front desk is unprofessional & pushy. I saw previous negative feedback about this lady.

    Witnessed her pushing hard to get a client to buy 20 sessions at discount, when client declined, kept pushing down to 15, then 10, then 5 & finally asked the girl to buy 2 sessions. Poor girl had to say No thank u like 10 times. This is harassment. Pls train your manager, this is not a fish market for hard bargaining & sales tactics. Respect your customer’s wishes. I had a package but I decided not to renew after witnessing this horrendous behaviour.

    “Ah girl ah you don’t like to exercise is it? Go for slimming package la”

    That’s one of the first things my massage therapist said to me before beginning the massage. Do you know how messed up it is to hear from the person who’s going to be touching you for the next hour?

    I have struggled with disordered eating throughout my teenage years. Almost 40% of adults in Singapore have eating disorders. In 2022 it is shocking that these kinds of sales tactics are still being used on customers. The spa seems nice from the outside but doesn’t seem to train their employees on how to make customers feel safe and welcome.

    I felt incredibly uncomfortable and couldn’t relax at all as I was struggling not to cry during the appointment.

    (Obviously) I don’t recommend this place at all. Rated 1 star because I can’t give 0

    Environment & atmosphere very soothing with nice music. Provide excellent service from front desk & manager Jia Hui. Therapist Fatin provides fantastic skills in massage. Two thumbs up for her. I fully recommend everyone to come here.

    First and last time. Brought my wife there on her BD but what a huge disappointment. First and foremost, the shop is difficult to find for first timers. It says ION outlet but its way outside ION. The shop is closer to Orchard MRT exchange. I had thought the outlet would be classy given it is “in” ION. But it was further from the truth. Secondly, No toilets are found in the outlet. How can a spa be set up without washrooms? You have to use the public toilet beside ‘popeyes’. Thirdly, we booked a session in the steam room. It was smaller than a hdb toilet. No place to put your stuff or seating for subsequent cleaning and drying after that. The worst part, there was hair that clogged up the sink hole. Sadly not worth the 400+ paid. There are other options that are way better and cheaper.

    Enjoyed an awesome full body massage by masseuse Fatin who demonstrated excellent skill and competence in identifying problem areas and working on my tired muscles. Felt so amazingly relaxed afterwards. Highly recommended!

    My beautician is Sainie. I had an enjoyable and pleasant facial session with her. She was professional and her massaging was good. The ambience was also very relaxing.

    This is a great find. Hidden away in bottom of ion is this excellent spa. Facials are the best I’ve found in singapore. Great value for money with experienced therapists, good products, relaxing ambiance, and no package pressure. Highly recommended.

    I have tried the services for 5 times and have never been disappointed. Specially, medi stretche with therapist name SITI. Much recommended for anyone who is looking for spa and stretch service.

    Terrible massage ever experience. Despite asking to be firmer for over multiple times the therapist don’t really bother, just rubbing my back and occasionally pause for a while. Until I feel so uncomfortable that I needed to ask for a stop without completing the session.

    Not worth going. At ion , 6 April 2022,During whole session 60 minutes don’t feel any relaxed. Only feel pain.it weird when come to last step massage the head instead Of massage she keep poke my head , terrible . Next morning wake up can feel the body all part of pain ?

    Penny is very experienced in TCM massage and treatments. A practitioner that I’ll always go to for any pain or health problems.

    Did TCM massage with Penny. It was a very good experience.. Felt very relaxed after the session, but prep yourself to go through a “painful” session. No pain no gain right? Penny is very patience and good with what she does. Strongly recommended.

    Extremely off-putting attitude and service by Jia Hui, who mans the front desk. Expect a lot of hard selling upon payment and nasty comments made about you if you do not sign for a package with them.

    The only reason why I bother returning is because their facial therapist, Jia Jia is extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

    Would NOT recommend.

    The session was rejuvenating, ambiance was calming perfect to relax. Margaret was great with the massage and gave tips on how to stretch more

    The massage is excellent. Maya is a very good therapist. The staff are friendly as well very helpful. Clean place. Recommended. Will definitely come back to ION branch.. ???
