    I got to try out a session with Elaine, the therapist, recommended by my family member. I was so impressed that she immediately knows how to deal with someone sensitive to touch and helped to release my very bad muscle ache along my left shoulder and neck. Eileen, the consultant, has been very patient and helpful with our schedule arrangements despite sometimes having last minute changes. Overall, I’m having a good experience at the Somerset outlet.

    I enjoyed the session at Element Spa. The treatments were wonderful, and the place is serene. The staff are great and accommodating, especially Eileen, who always tries her best to fit my calendar and send me reminders. Elaine, the therapist, is very experienced, and she gave good advice on wellness. I always feels relaxed after a session, reducing any tension or muscle soreness.

    Great service and clean place. Love the heated bed. I like how they don’t hardsell. Masseuse Dou Dou and Yo Yo is great. The staff Eileen is very patient and detailed with her explanation:)

    I have been with spa wellness 313 for years. I was served by Gina on Jing Luo massage and Eileen- the friendly lady consultant. My body wellness has improved tremendously. Will strongly recommend to do Jing Luo massage. You will experience the difference in your body changes.??

    Have a great facial session at this spa, from the moment I entered the spa, I was greeted warmly by Eileen, After she explained it clearly to me, she asked the beautician to take me to my treatment. The beautician Ting ting also equiped with professional skill and I really feel relaxed through out the facial treatment After the facial treatment, she also chatted with me in a relaxed and pleasant way, not forcing you to buy their packages like other spa. Will definitely recommend to my friends to visit here again.

    Been a costumer for many years and it never fails me.. worth the money i paid.the ambiance, staff & the therapist were all excellent. Therapist nut is well versed in what she is doing. Actually all of the therapist are good. Tried the thai massage and made me feel in thailand it was awesome!. Sir Irwin always pleasant and accommodating. no hard selling and knows his craft very well.. 313 element spa i must say is my me time place, a good place to relax and rejuvenate..:)

    I have renewed a few times of massage packages here for some years now. All my experiences have been pleasant so far and i really like it here. I have previously left a 5 stars review. I will not hesitate to compliment on excellent service but when the service is bad, I will also find it necessary to share about the worst, unpleasant & ridiculous experience, which I encountered last night.

    My therapist Cindy, is great. I will give 5 stars for my experience with her. She is polite, constantly checked on my preference of pressure and is professional in her service & skills. Before the session, she clarified it’s 60 min. I forgot and told her it’s 90 min.

    Towards the end, I was waken up by a knock on the room door, Cindy was asked to exit and I could hear some commotion outside the room. Moments later, the receptionist Eileen entered the room and told me rudely that my appointment at 7.45pm is only allowed to do one hour session, not more than that.
    Please note her tone was impatient and next she asked Cindy to clean me up. I understand that the session had to stop abruptly because time’s up and it’s dismissal time for the staff. At this point I asked for the time and it was 9pm.

    Cindy sincerely apologised a few times for having to end the session abruptly but I assured her it’s okay and it’s not her fault. I will come back for Cindy’s service and also because I still have sessions from my package.

    Before I exit, I told Eileen at the counter that it was I who overlooked and thought it’s 90 min. And it should have been clarified again at the counter when I came in, instead of rushing me out of the room when it’s past 15 min of the session time that “I’m supposedly allowed to have”. Out of goodwill, I was waived off 15 min, like it was a big deal and a big favour done for me despite the rude interruption. This gesture did not make the ruined experience any better. After signing off, she, while maintaining a frown, did not bother to let me know my balance of hours or ask if I want to book for my next session. This is the usual speech but I guess last night was not a good night to be professional.
    I am okay to stick with the original booked 60 min session but the actions & behaviour portrayed was unacceptable.

    I had to speak up because, I saw her blaming Cindy, who is new to the company and I do not wish for Cindy to be penalised wrongfully. I told her it’s not Cindy’s fault and she said she had to “teach” her because she’s new.

    I believe there are a few ways to prevent this nonsensical experience.

    1. CLARIFY and confirm the duration of service at the counter check-in before sending client into room

    2. Ensure hair cap, disposables is ready in the room before sending client in (I had to come out again to the counter to ask for it)

    3. Never ever interrupt a client’s session, especially when client is still undressed, in the midst of service unless there is an emergency to evacuate

    This has been the most frustrating & worst experience at Element Wellness ever.

    Went there for a complimentary facial under the UOB lady birthday promotion. My therapist Chloe is very warm and friendly. She’s very professional in giving me skincare advice and tips! Will be back to try the other services soon!

    Lea and DouDou did a wonderful job I took my daughter for a couples massage for our girls day and she said she felt safe and it was a great first experience! The therapists were great!

    313 Somerset branch. Faye massage is firm and strong. Feels relief of tiredness. Location is convenient. No hard selling which is good.

    Massage was spot on. We were slightly late but they allowed us to continue with the jacuzzi at the same duration.

    Extremely relaxing massage. My therapist, Dou Dou, was knowledgeable and gave great advice on how I can manage tightness of my muscles. She also took the time to explain what caused this and her massage techniques. Superb service!
