    Went for a massage and onsen treatment with my friend. The place is tucked away in Centrepoint away from the hustle and bustle of town. The massage was very relaxing and then we got to dip in the private onsen tub. The place was clean and staff warm and polite. Will def recommend this treatment for self care, or a short escape to Japan if you can’t fly to the real place!

    came here with my partner to celebrate his birthday, and we had such a great and relaxing time! we loved that the masseuse applied just the right amount of pressure, and always checked in with us to ensure that we were comfortable. 10/10 would come again!

    Went for me and my boyfriend’s bday and I have to say that I felt like all of my stress was released

    The massage was professional

    the therapist was very thorough with the massage and would ask if certain places are too painful for me

    It felt like she knew where it was hurting for me without me saying a word

    the Onsen at the end was just a icing on the cake

    very reasonable price too 10/10

    Absolutely great treatment.
    The onsen spa in itself is a great way to relax the muscles, the rest of the massage sealed the deal.

    Bought the onsen package for my hubby’s birthday surpirse. We had a great massage and onsen experience. The staff are very friendly and the ambience are soothing and realaxing. Will recommend to my friends!

    Amazing experience! Masseurs for the Ocha Body Massage were skillful and made sure we were comfortable. The Koyamaki Onsen Therapy was the best part! Loved that the private onsen was big and spacious which made the whole experience really relaxing. Also greatly appreciate the level of details and thoughtfulness with many amenities in the suite to freshen up after the onsen. We loved our experience here and will be back again!

    Very happy with the couple massage as we selected – Light massage , which was what we needed, relaxing, soft kneading and no elbows, heated beds are a plus and we didn’t felt cold at all. Massage was synchronized and not rushed. The Onsen was perfect! Felt like a short getaway without bringing anything along. Definitely will recommend to my friends ! Thanks!

    One of the best experience ever. Whole process from check in to payment was absolutely worry free. Fast and quick check in upon arrival, simple form to complete and can start treatment thereafter. Masseuse was friendly and courteous. Used just enough strength during the massage and not too chatty which is a quality that I like. Once done, can proceed to payment without sitting through the haggling of signing up for packages which is another quality that I like. Seamless process, less talking and no need to feel bad about turning nasty trying to decline sales talk after. Puts me in a good mood and makes my day beautiful.

    Been here twice and absolutely love the massage as it puts me to sleep each time. The place is very cosy and relaxing.

    Private onsen was amazing and the staff gave me an additional 15 minutes. Not sure if it’s just me but I wish there were slightly more ventilation.

    Would definitely return again nonetheless.

    It was a lovely therapeutic experience overall. A good management of customer service, welcoming reception and professional therapists. The ambience and set up is also up to standard. Highly recommended.

    Wonderful experience at Elements Wellness Centrepoint! Massage is great and skillful. Onsen temp is relaxing and not too hot. Professional and no sales push. Will definitely come back again!

    If you are comparing it with other spa, I would say this is not a upscale spa with good customer service. For the amount of money you paid, you can get better service elsewhere. My bff and I went for their couple spa and after we have registered at the counter we were assigned a room with private bath . No detailed instructions were given and we were filled with lotsa quotation marks on what to do, what to wear and such. Then after 40 mins of soaking , a very rude lady knocked on our door and chased us out . Massage wise, it was ordinary for me..I clearly written down my request on area to focus in the questionnaire. However, I have to explain to the massage lady again during the session. what s the point of giving us a questionnaire before the massage? Overall, nothing spectacular and I will never go back again .

    This place is really amazing! The service staff and masseuses were all very friendly and nice which made the experience very enjoyable! The masseuses took care to ask if everything was okay and made sure I was comfortable. The massage was perfect and the pressure was just nice. I did the onsen to end off the spa and I really highly recommend that! The temperature of the water was just right and the tub was huge and spacious. It really felt and look like an onsen in Japan! I also appreciate that they also provided the necessary toiletries as I didn’t bring any. If you’re thinking of getting a spa either alone or with your partner, you definitely HAVE TO pay elements wellness a visit and I guarantee you will not be disappointed!! 100% recommend and will come back again! ??
