    Visited Supreme QX boutique spa last friday evening. Both managers, Ivy & Nicole are very welcoming. They are so friendly and nice! Went for the 45 mins Eye Bojin treatment- Rose Cystal treatment. My therapist Xiaoxue was very meticulous and she pays attention to details, asking me if her strength is alright and if I need anything else. Overall it’s a very pleasant experience and I enjoy myself thoroughly. Thanks again Ivy & Team!

    Excellent customer service from manager Nicole for skin and hair consultation. Awesome service from therapist May!
    Always patient and takes the time to explain the different treatments and products! After care service is excellent as well. Always a text away for home care tips.
    Highly recommend! 🙂

    I did my ist biojin trial in the orchard branch. I was received by Ivy, who was friendly and smiling. She patiently explained to me the whole treatment and find out about my concern. Janice who did biojin for me was very careful in finding out my condition, and also very caring and professional in delivering her strokes. It was a wonderful experience as i felt so light and good after the whole session. Thank you Janice and Ivy for the fantastic service!

    Fanny did my facial treatment today and it was a very pleasant experience. My blackhead extraction process was very manageable and shoulder and neck massages were on point. She is very courteous and friendly and informs me what to expect before each stage during the treatment process.
    As a salesperson, Ivy is very professional and flexible when offering me options as a first time patronizer. Great experience!

    The services provided has been great and really helped me a lot. They have always provided the most suitable advice to purchase only package that I need and allowed me to consider and decide myself. No hard selling at all! Even inform me when there is sale for me to get package at promotion prices. Staffs are always polite and friendly!

    Today my 1st time visit experience was great. Showing Professional skill and clean. Staff presentation for package was straight forward and tactful hence buy a package. Definitely a place to go for treatment in Orchard areaa. Make my Sunday.

    I bought a massage package after using a deal from Groupon many years ago, they tried hard selling me into 10+10 sessions for $1580 (apparently old price), now increased to $1980. Price wise not even considered cheap, treatment wise so-so. Cannot even compete with places like Natureland.

    Visited them on 17/06/2022 and had a very terrible experience. Wanted to finish up my last session, kind of forgot what I have since it’s been years since I visited (at least 4 years since my last session). Made appointment pretty easily and made it the day before. When I arrived, they asked me to sign in and no discussion of what my package was. Just straight into treatment room. Mind you, my last session was YEARS ago.

    Massage was decent, not the best but it wasn’t bad. Didn’t ask for the masseur’s name (big mistake). Could feel masseur was falling asleep midway through the session (appt was at 2:30pm – perhaps food coma??) and towards the end she was telling me my body need bojin and the front counter staff should have told me about that treatment since it’s better suited for me body. I just replied neutrally since I honestly forgot what my package consisted of.

    AFTER my treatment when they served me tea, the masseur only realised that my package had bojin and even exclaimed this aloud to herself. I was also shocked because how can a masseur that attended to me not know what I have in my package?

    1. Front counter staff should have informed masseur of what a customer’s package consist of
    2. From your records my last sessions was YEARS ago, shouldn’t a staff refresh a customer’s memory? When I called to check what I have, staff mentioned 60 mins massage as well. How can an establishment blame a customer for not telling the masseur what we want if we don’t know what we have?
    3. Masseur clearly wasn’t aware of my package, otherwise she could have correctly recommended a treatment

    Called the hotline afterwards and told them about my situation but nothing could be done. They passed on the phone to the masseur (last person I spoke to) and she was RUDE about it. She even said I’m calling them now to cause a PROBLEM as they will not do anything else. She compared having a meal at MacDonald VS having a treatment at Supreme Q.X Beauty Spa…. I didn’t know to laugh or to cry. Refused to give me her name too – why are you guilty of your poor customer service? That middle aged lady even challenged me to go to the store to find her and ask for her name if I dare, is this the 90s? Still having this kind of attitude to a customer? Mind you, I was never rude. I never shouted, I never raised my voice.

    Ultimately, this place twist and turn stories to stand in a better place than a customer. Previously mentioned can share package but now when things are in this situation staff said no sharing.

    Honestly, this is not even the masseur’s fault I’m confused as to why the manager passed the phone to her. Is it because the middle aged masseur can better tell off a customer rudely without hurting the image of the place?

    Anyway no apologies were made, no after sales/treatment service. I’m appalled this place actually has stars like Zoe Tay going there. Or maybe they ONLY need people like that going there to sustain their business.

    For the normal people like us – we are treated like dirt. I’m so glad I didn’t continue to sign on a package with them. If money can buy better service and attitude I’d rather go to bigger establishments like Adeva.

    Rude, snobbish staff. Disgusting.

    I went for a facial last week and today I came back for a massage yesterday. The team at Supreme Q.X. is very professional and gave me a body analysis before the bojin massage. What I liked the most is that the bojin massage is very different from the other spas – I really felt a difference, my legs felt lighter and free from the soreness. I would definitely recommend the place.

    Really love the treatments and the staff here! I have been here for 6 months now. I was here for my pigmentation problem (caused by acne scarring) and they meticulously followed up with each treatment and advised me a whole new skin care routine to follow up. With that, I saw significant improvement for my pigmentation and overall uneven skin tone. On top of that, I also did their signature bojin to help with my stiff shoulder problems. In just 4 sessions, I can lift my shoulders with no problem at all already. Thank you ❤️

    I bought their 2 sessions of body bojin from fave. First visited was ok. The second one they insisted that I must provide a name card, which they gave from last time, which is 2 months ago. I told them I didn’t expect the name card so important and didn’t keep it well. Some more I got a record that I bought online. On the other hand, they should have a history. But the answer is NO, YOU NEED TO BRING BACK THE NAME CARD, OTHERWISE, WE WONT DO YOU ANYTHING FOR YOU. Please think twice before you go for the deal.

    I had to chance to experience their eye bojin on 25 Sept together with one of their facials. It was an amazing experience from stepping into the place until when I left the spa.

    I dislike hard-selling salespeople and the staffs were extremely professional and did not try to hard-sell nor recommend more than I needed. Furthermore, it was amazing that they allowed me to sit by the glass window to enjoy the (amazing taste!!) desert.

    I’m no expert on skin, but I do think the experience is important. I think that the entire experience was amazing. It is worth the price and the massage felt really good too!

    Nothing great about this place, the place was small and a little cramped. The foot massage was ok and average and I have had better foot massages elsewhere.The guys were nice and there was no hard selling to convince you to buy a package.

    I’m been visiting supreme Q. X. more than 15 years. They service is excellent and good in the body treatment. I love Nicole team of the staff in supreme. Whenever I came to do massage, they just like my family members. Caring and expert in solving problem point in my body. I very appreciated them to reduce my pain in my body and I’m totally relax. I would like to recommend supreme q. x beauty come try their service and care every customer.

    Good body massage, and they really take effort to get rid of knots in your body. But the sales talk was quite persistent, so be prepared when you’re coming.

    Cannot get a facial slot in the days leading up to Christmas. Was told there is only one facial therapist working on a weekday (Wed & Thurs). Other reviews are right abt too costly packages. Face bojin & eye bojin does NOT include extraction & trimming of eyebrows. Despite costing above $149 per session.

    Massages generally too soft. When asked firmer deep tissue massage, they will push for back bojin. Look elsewhere.

    Update:
    Costly facial at $238. Because collagen mask was made in Germany & the best. Did not see ANY difference after the mask. This place is expensive.

    Massage and service were good. Environment was fine but sheets on the bed smelled like people drooled on it even though I was the first customer of the day. Their package prices were too costly compared to many other places.
