    I went there sign package before, my face become more worst and the consultation every time ask me to top up in treatment. Don’t like because always need to extra pay and what for I sign up a package? Is the consultant problem?

    I come across Google search and found skinlab at westgate branch. My consultant is Wini. She had been providing excellent service on facial and based on our face condition, she introduced their products and services. Initially my skin turn very bad from the previous place but after Wini’s service, my skin turn better. Good job! The only bad thing at westgate branch is their appointment management.its either double booking or Don understand the WhatsApp message when I requested to change appointment

    Booking an appointment is very hard with them. Called up the jurong east branch and the person on the call said there is a slot at 7.30 pm at jurong point. Then told me that her colleague will help me to book the appointment. I have to explain to her colleague again the situation. Then the lady told me she can’t book the appointment and I need to ownself call the branch number, no further help is given. The lady made up some excuses like I can’t help you to book appointment for another branch etc. I had to call back again as I called the invalid number. After 15 mins or so of calling back and forth, the jurong point branch picked up to mention that the 7.30 pm slot was taken. After extra 15 minutes of explaining and her needing to call the jurong east branch to confirm etc, the appointment was finally booked.
    Would appreciate it if there is more sincerity and help given to book appointments from another branch since the JE branch lady was able to find that that jurong point had a slot at that timing but was lazy to just help me book an appointment. Needless to say I spend 30 – 40 minutes trying to book an appointment.

    I have been a customer of skinlab for 2 years and I feel that the quality of the facial and service have been declining. Extractions were done NOT as well as the past and the effect of facial was getting shorter and shorter! I also really hate how DESPERATE this outlet is, to sell me package and stuff EVERY SINGLE TIME I came down for facial. Especially after, I have just signed a package, they would approach me on my next appoinment AGAIN to try to sell me stuff. I really like Skinlab but the recent few appointments of constant hardselling especially after I just signed a 1 year + worth of package is just so off putting and turned off. It made me no longer want to continue this again ?. Skinlab westgate , u need to know, the more you push, the more customers want to run away! I rather spend money at other facial place that allow me to have a break from all these hardselling.

    I bought fave coupon to try out their service and their service is excellent. They do not hard sell you to top extra $ for better products to use like some other beauty salons during the facial treatment. They are very professional and honor their service. Look for Elise if you are going to try out their service. She is very good with the facial massage.

    I’ve not been a customer and I don’t intend to be after a bad experience with one of your sales rep. I was going down the escalator and she approached me in civilian clothing so I entertained her cos I thought she wanted to ask for directions or something. I guess I started to look doubtful of her intentions when she said “Don’t worry I’m not selling you anything” after she started asking me what facial I’ve gone to and how often. I told her I’m not interested and my parents were waiting for me. She went on and on about the company and then suddenly pulled out a voucher she was trying to sell (so much for saying she’s not selling anything). I told her no and that I really needed to go cos my parents were waiting to me but she was all “What’s holding you back?” and “You’re the first one to reject me”. What’s holding me back? Lying about your intentions and frankly just waiting and disrespecting my time when I said I have to meet my parents. Furthermore she lied again saying no one has reviewed them for hard selling when I clearly see some did. If you can’t respect a person’s time, don’t expect a person to wanna do business with you.

    Hello Skinlab Management, if you are reading this. Your sales rep Amita sold the $29.90 voucher to my daughter while she was waiting for me at a mall in Orchard. Although my daughter was not keen, she continued to hardsell and persuaded my daughter to part with her pocket money. Among her sales pitch was claiming that your company is endorsed by NUH skin centre and misleading my daughter who has eczema to believe her.
    My daughter is just a student and not even 21yo and unable to be your customer. It is unethical of your sales rep to sell her a service that she is clearly not eligible. How can we get a refund?

    Elise from the Westgate branch has been very helpful and dedicated to bringing me good service. She is detailed and always shares tips and tricks to make sure my skin is treated the care it deserves. Been going to her for 3 years and she is someone I can rely on for keeping my skin moist and clean

    came across to know this clinic at Yew Tee MRT LOL. there’s group of people going up to strangers (yes me) asking if I’ve done facial before, where do I stay, trying to get me buy their first trial @$29.90. Saying all sorts to boost their clinic, even showing me the vouchers how many people have bought the first trial. I don’t think this is a good way to get new customers. As a consumer, I got a bad impression instead. There’s no rapport build, I get to know your clinic through a STRANGER at MRT… why would people want to buy..? The lady sales speech was good though even though I felt abit put off as she’s abit aggressive & always cutting my sentences……. But the tactic of asking me to hold your brochure was clever, so I will stand and listen to the lady talk…

    Started with a trial package in 2015 and I am very happy to be under the care of my therapist Kelly. Kelly was posted from Jurong Point to Westgate and I followed her there. She is adept at customising a treatment according to my skin condition at every visit and my rather severe acne improved.

    I’ve since been with Kelly for close to 7 years now and I’m always very satisfied with her service. She understands my skin conditions well and will always provide the most appropriate treatment whenever I visit.

    Sunny is very friendly and she is also very skilled with her massage. I like how they are very open with the pricing, it enables me to keep track of my package balance and also know what I’m paying for when I try out a new type of treatment. So far I haven’t had a bad experience with any of the staff here, so it’s definitely worth a shot.

    I have oily skin with open pores and blackhead problems. For the past year, I have been getting medical peel and I2PL treatment at Skin lab. I noticed improvements where my face controls oil secretion better and there are much fewer blackheads.
    Every facial session was enjoyable because my beautician Kelly is very hospitable and professional. Am looking forward to better my skin further with Skin Lab.

    I thoroughly enjoy my visits to Skinlab at Westgate, Candy is amazing. Relaxing back/neck massages and fabulous facials. Such a welcoming and caring environment where you are made to feel so relax and special.
