    Initially wanted to try out Japan IPL express but came across Smoovee Skin! Decided to try it out and I’m pleasantly surprised! Kyla provided me with the information I needed and was very gentle and definitely made me comfortable during the service. I hope with consistent treatment I will be able to see the difference. No need for reservations and packages as well!

    Hair removal especially in the male nether region is a very VERY personal endeavor… and I’ve finally decided to leave this nip&tug anxiety to the pros and boy I could say there was much feelings about the impending exposure with a machine that would zap me at places too close for comfort.
    However, everything was coordinated and services rendered spectacularly by Albee, the therapist attending to me today. She exuded the “it’s just another ordinary day” demeanor which is exactly what I needed to defend my self-esteem. In fact, the transition from pants down to getting onto the staging area was seamless; akin to getting ready for a Thai massage. Her briefing was clear and her bubbly interaction was appreciated to distract me from thinking too much on the unusual sensation as the machine and therapist began the procedure. All went smoothly without any gasps or tears. Very pleased!

    Just to disclose, this is not my first time trying this procedure as I did a trial session with another established chain with a particular “expression” for “men” *wink*.
    That experience left me feeling pressured (to buy their package even before the procedure), shortchanged (they argued “some areas” are not included), painful (their machine looked like a tin can with a gaudy gem ornament stuck on the laser handle… says it all), and feeling violated (therapist went in and out the room frequently, each time exposing me to everyone in the busy corridor).

    In contrary, Smoovee is small & efficient, clean, transparent, and a machine that didn’t zap me to a squeal. I’m glad I gave this thing another shot when I coincidentally saw their shop opening with some promos. Give them a try if you’re looking for a reliable company in the services they offer!

    first experience at any hair removal kind of service, great pretty much painless experience even for Brazilian! The most I felt is just cold from the gel. Would come back again. Therapist was Kyla, very friendly and welcoming, and very open to answering all my questions

    It was my first time coming here. Kyla was very friendly, nice and professional. The treatment was done very gently and pleasant. I throughly enjoyed my experience at Smoove. Will definitely recommend to others and will come back again soon.

    Both Lisa and Albee were professional. And it was a pleasant experience throughout out the whole process .

    Update – don’t waste your time on this . I tried several continuous sessions with huge cost not gonna lie . It’s not worth the price. No any hair reduction just wasting your time and money .
