    Due to humid weather and maybe Covid-19 vaccination, I find myself need some hair treatment after all. I’m really glad I made the right decision by choosing SL Aesthetic Clinic and their team.

    They have many branches in Singapore, I went to the one at Jurong West and first I met Dr Wong who is so professional for blood test and hair treatment consultation. After that, I met Dr Chua who is so kind and high skills too who provided excellent services throughout the whole process.

    The entire process went really smoothly without any hiccups. The staffs there are all very pleasant and exceptionally knowledgeable on the process & procedures that they offer, especially sis BiBi who helps a lot everytime and I really thanks a lot to her recommendations.

    Everything about SL Aesthetic Clinic never fails to impress me. From the relaxing calm environment, to the impressive range of high quality treatments with the best service rendered.

    The outcome of my procedure was everything I’ve hope for and more. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their services and highly recommend them to everyone.

    Had a fabulous experience with Dr. Kailun in January. I was passing through for a layover, but knew I didn’t want to miss a chance to get some anti-aging treatments in Asia. There aren’t too many clinics open on Sundays (the only day I had available) which is how I found SL Aesthetic.

    I was lucky enough to be paired with Dr. Kailun, who took the time and care to explain all my treatment options to me based off my desired goals. I also appreciated his helpful suggestions – like adding profhilo to my ultherapy treatment and swapping rejuran with plinest for a similar result. The treatment rooms were very comfortable and luxurious, and the numbing treatment included a really relaxing face massage and a private, quiet and peaceful room with blanket for me to marinate in while the numbing cream set in. The staff was also very kind and sweet, offering tea in beautiful china and water throughout what was a *very* long treatment day.

    Dr Kailun had a great bedside manner, and constantly checked in on my comfort throughout the process. I’ve seen great improvement in my facial texture and firmness since my treatments and I highly recommend! My only wish is that I could be closer so I could go more frequently 🙂 excited for my next layover!

    Wonderful experience with SL Aesthetic Clinic (Wheelock) for my hair transplant. Dr Kelvin Chua was a wonderful, and all the staff was always helpful and kind. During surgery the surgeon also kept assuring me and make me felt comfortable. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I would like to thank everyone, Dr Kelvin, Rehn and all the staff, also Lynn Liao. I am so glad I chose this clinic and would highly recommend to anyone.

    I satisfied with dr Kevin Chua, can see the result. During the process he manage to calm my anxiety. Top notch. I also thank to Lynn and Bibi also Beatrice for their help to explain the details for me so that I can choose the right product with the best value for money. Very recommended.

    The clinic was very professional. They answered my messages in a timely manner. They worked with me in regards to my schedule changes. They were also quick and thoughtful of my time and presented the medication throughly.

    My husband and I fixed an appointment to go and see Dr Kelvin Chua on July 31, 2023 at 745pm. We wanted to make some enquiries on hair transplant. We communicated by whatsapp with a staff there named “Beatrice”.

    They had told us that the consultation was for 45 minutes and would set us back by $108.00.

    We made the effort of reaching there on time. We met a registration clerk there named “Pei Ying” and were passed a registration form which I filled up. We were then asked to wait in a tiny cramped room, which we assumed was the waiting room.

    At around 805pm, a group of people came out of the hallway, which we assumed led to the doctor’s office. We asked “Pei Ying” how long more we had to wait and she said “another 5 minutes”. At 8.20pm we were still waiting and by then, our patience was waning thin. Again we asked Pei Ying and she said it wont be long and could we wait another 5 minutes. We grudgingly agreed to wait “5 minutes”.

    At 8.40pm there were still no signs of seeing Dr Chua. Pei Ying was also not around. So we had to ask an elderly lady (probably in her 60s) there and she said the clinic closes at 9.30pm She said that Dr Chua was in the midst of doing a laser and could we wait another 5 minutes. I think she assumed we would happily wait until closing time, which was 9.30pm !!!! By then we were irate with anger and asked them how they could blindly give out appointment times, without bothering to see if they could keep to the appointments!!!! This was highly unprofessional of them!!!! We had not taken our dinner and I was starting to feel my gastric pangs coming.

    Frankly we had never encountered a clinic (or even a nail spa salon or eyebrow/eyelash salon or hair salon) like that before. They literally tricked us to go to their clinic and wait there for 1 hour plus, FOR NOTHING ! We are service providers ourselves in our line of work and we wouldn’t dream of doing this to our clients!!

    I also need to stress that when we stormed out of their clinic at 850pm, Dr kelvin Chua did not have the decency to come out to even say “sorry”!

    Dr Chua is very friendly, professional and patient. He explained in details about what’s my problem is and what kind of treatments he has. He also explained clearly the procedures and techniques that he will be doing. I totally understand and am fully assured to let him do the procedure. Dr Chua’s medical assistant Lynn is also very friendly to prepare me and calm me for the procedure. I am glad she was tapping my shoulder throughout. I felt so much better. The procedure went well, no pain at all. And the consultant Meg was also super sweet and friendly to me, giving after care advices and fix my next appointment promptly. Thank you SL Aesthetic Clinic for the awesome experience. I will visit you soon..

    (Dr. Cai is very professional and will give professional advice based on my skin condition to help me repair my skin and solve my skin problems. His assistant Lynn’s service is also great! Very good experience!)

    Visited Dr Chua clinic since Year 2020. Was happy with his professional advice and the treatments he introduced me. No hard selling which is what I like about this clinic. His assistant, Lynn is friendly and approachable too.

    At Wheelock outlet today, did my trial Sylfirm X by Dr Chua. As always, he did the job very thoroughly and gently on my face during the treatment, while providing very detailed explanation about the treatment to me at the same time. He was able to calm me down despite the pain on my face as always. Came to Dr Chua specifically for the treatment since the last CO2 Factional laser which I dd more than a decade ago.

    His assistant Lynn was very caring too before and during the treatment. She assessed my skin condition and was very thorough when putting on the numbing cream on my face. During the treatment, she provided comfort by constantly tapping on my shoulder to distract me from the pain. Nice!

    Very professional doctor and assistant! Not forgetting the consultant Mag who provides professional advice on after-treatment care.

    Recently tried out the Fotona 6D laser with SL Clinic after my friend’s recommendation. It’s been about a week and my skin does looks brighter, smoother and firmer. Doctor kelvin mentioned that with more frequent sessions, my face will be more lifted and i can’t wait! 🙂

    I first knew about SL Aesthetic clinic through a friend and she recommended Dr kelvin to me as she has been seeing him for skin maintenance for her skin. It was only after my consultation with Dr Kelvin around 6 months back that i knew that i suffer form rosacea. Always thought it was acne. Treatments with Dr have been helping my skin. less redness, sensitivity and lesser breakouts. Would highly recommend for a skin consultation with dr kelvin 🙂

    Third time here at SL Clinic and with Doctor Chua and as always, he is very gentle when doing the laser session. Everytime i am here, we will ask me for my review and make sure my skin is doing better after each visit. Staffs here are also super friendly!! Glad to be in good hands thank you. :0

    Went for my second session earlier this morning. Staffs were extremely nice and one of them (forgot her name) even went extra mile to help me grab my things after seeing me struggling because i have numbing cream on my face and am lying down so cant move. And Doct Chua is very patient and gentle towards my skin. Thank u everyone for taking care of my skin 🙂

    The team at SL never disappoints. I last did botox with them and the results are always natural looking. You never have to worry about poor sevice or subpar results – they follow up accordingly too.

    My hubby did a FUE hair transplant 3 months back. Omg, the results are amazing! So glad we went with Dr Kelvin, who did a hair transplant himself too. He walks the talk. Highly recommend if you are struggling with hair loss, don’t waste time with shampoos or other TCM methods already

    If you’re looking for an aesthetic clinic that really knows what they’re doing, this is the one. I’ve been to several clinics in the past, but this one stands out for their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier with the results!
