    I did my laser treatment with Dr Debbie at SKGM SL Aesthetic Clinic. Dr Debbie has always been very patient in explaining my skin condition and the suitable treatment each session. She is also very friendly and helpful!

    Celine had been following up with me ever since i joined SL Aesthetic Clinic one year ago. She had also always been helpful. They were also very understanding and tried their best to accommodate my schedule for facial slots. Thank you!

    Went for a faicial and laser session recently. Greeted by Shi Ning the friendly front desk who quickly guided me to have a seat. Dr Debbie is very patient in explaining all the different questions I have about the laser treatment. I had a good first laser treatment experience thanks to Dr Debbie and Esther who made the treatment experience a very comfortable one.

    Susan was my therapist for my facial treatment. She was gentle with the extraction, constantly checking if I feel ok with the extraction. She is also patient with the questions I have about the treatment. I enjoyed the session a lot.

    Celine is patient in explaining the various packages to me. No hard selling and allow me to tk my time to consider before making purchases.

    Been coming for about 6 months now. Dr Lau has been the one attending to me, very patient and meticulous! Wonderful experience i had, very personal service, not pushy and accommodating. Kudos to the team, especially Celine and Esther! Although not the cheapest in town but certainly appreciate their attention to details. I’m satisfied with the results.

    (I saw a discount and made a reservation to go to the Sengkang branch for Botox injection today. Since I feel more comfortable speaking Chinese, assistant Nic and Dr. Debbie Woo both communicated with me in Chinese. They were very friendly and kind, which made me relax a lot, and they also prepared delicious tea. The key point is that they don’t force me to spend money here, and they don’t keep lobbying me to buy packages, which makes me feel at ease and not stressed. I can feel relaxed and comfortable when I come back for medical beauty projects later.)

    看到有优惠于是预订了今天去盛港分行做肉毒杆菌注射。由于我说中文会比较自在，因此助理 Nic 和 Dr.Debbie Woo 都用中文跟我沟通，她们都很友善亲切，让我放松不少，还准备了好喝的茶招待。重点是这里并不会要我强制消费，不会一直游说我买配套，让我很安心，不会有压力，之后再回来做医美项目可以很放松自在。

    I had my facelift treatment done at SL Aesthetic Clinic with Dr. Lau Chunlim. He is a very detailed person, explaining treatment options that best suited me. I appreciate the customization of the different lasers targeting different skin layers for better result. I can see that my skin is now tightened and lifted. No hard selling for clinic consultant. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

    I had botox done by Dr Lau twice. He is by far the best doctor I have consulted for botox. He is very skillful, professional and honest and assuring. The results are superb. Esther and Celine are very helpful and friendly. No hard selling.

    I went to SL Aesthetic clinic sengkang grand mall.Dr Lau is friendly & professional. He has diagnosed my skin was Rosacea condition. after a few session of my laser treatment .My skin has improved a lot.Clinic Assistant Esther nice and she always shared knowledge skin care tips with me. Veron is the consultant in this clinic , she is good and not pushy to me.Im always happy and enjoy with them. Environment is clean & comfortable.Highly recommend 👍🏻

    Today went for Hifu trial at Sengkang grand mall.

    Treatment done by Dr Lau , was a pleasant experience. Dr Lau was very detail in explaining to me what kind of procedure suit me and post effects.

    Was serve by Esther , Dr lau assistant. She make me feel comfortable , sharing her knowledge with me while gently numbing & cleansing my face.

    Celine, consultant , most importantly she was not pushy in selling any treatment to me. As you know , when you went for trial, most of us , fear the upsell from the consultants.

    Overall wonderful experience. Highly recommended

    Pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of the clinic. There’s no hard sales here, and Dr Lau is really patient in addressing my concerns. He takes great care in explaining the procedures, and making sure I’m fully comfortable with it. Loving the entire experience and the improvements made. And thankfully the sales consultants here don’t make me buy things that I don’t need. Kudos to the team 🙂

    Dr Lau Chuan Lim is excellent. Very personable and professional. He is concerned with what you want and need. No one is pushy or tries to sell you things you don’t want. They present you with options then leave it up to you. Special shout out to Esther! She is lovely and helpful. 😀

    Am very happy with the Service of SL Aesthetics Clinic at Sengkang Mall. Ms Veron and Esther were very professional and provided lots of guidedance on skin care routine and products. Dr Lau was very patient and explains in detail every question I have on my skin condition. My skin condition improved a lot under their care. I would highly recommend them for skincare solutions.

    Saw a botox wrinkle ad on IG and enquired. The clinic staff managed to secure me an appointment promptly and were very patient with my 101 questions, thanks guys. For a new outlet I am very impressed with the way the clinic runs – efficient, good communication, clean, nice smelling and friendly and professional doctor. Thumbs up 👍🏻

    Very cool new outlet. I much prefer this Sengkang Grand Mall branch as the mall itself is new so not very packed compared to town. Lots of food options around too!

    Always wanted to do lasers for my skin, and just nice Sengkang Grand Mall opened near my place. I’ve heard good things about SL Aesthetic from my colleagues before so decided to give it a try. Very pleased with my experience – the Fotona laser I did was not painful at all, staff didn’t hard sell too and cosy clinic ambience. Shoutout to the doctor and clinic assistants who made me comfortable during the whole process, especially knowing it was my first time visiting an aesthetic clinic. Will be back 🙂

    My Ultherapy treatment with Dr Chun Lim was very pleasant, I can see results from just one treatment. Saves me a lot of time and money – especially helpful for a working mother like myself.

    Dr Chun Lim is very professional and friendly. I’m usually afraid of needles but he made me feel at ease. Very calm clinic environment too.
