    Had a facial treatment and the place looks cool and clean inside the room. Had the usual extraction and but for the first time, i didn’t sneeze! Bernice explained every step and i was so comfortable i fell asleep!

    Did a trial and my therapist was Bernice.
    A skin analysis was done to understand my skin better before the treatment commenced. She understood my skin concerns and recommended some treatment steps for my skin.
    The treatment was comfortable and soothing. There was no hard selling from the staff as well.

    Joey is very experienced and gives very good advice on both suitable facial and after skincare. She is very experienced with extraction and pays a lot of attention to detail. I can always see results after every facial, and this is one of the most effective salons I have been to. I particularly love their pricing structure which is very transparent and allow me to try many different treatments. There is no hard selling here.

    Pleasant facial experience with Cheryl.
    She is very friendly and approachable. Strongly recommend you to try out this place. I tried their Aquapeel cleansing, cryocell calming, 15 minutes extraction and PDT light and medical mask. Excellent experience.

    Always enjoyed the facial session with Elvi. She is very knowledgeable in the facial treatments and will explained the benefits before proceeding with the treatment. She is friendly and i am very comfortable with my facial treatment with her each visit! 😉

    Had a great session with Bernice in Singpost Outlet. She is very professional and advice according to what I am looking for my face request. I did Exosome magic skin booster and was afraid of needle pain. But she assure me that will be painless. So yes… there is no pain at all. Am happy with that.

    The trial includes 3 credits. Instead of using one of the 3 credits for extraction, the lady suggests to buy an extra credit for extraction service 🙂

    Just had my facial collagen treatment done at this branch. After being under the sun in the morning, my face was a little scorched. Kai Xin (therapist) suggested the appropriate treatments to alleviate the redness and sensitivity. My face was definitely much better after the soothing therapy!

    I did aqua peel, vitamin spray, Rejuran, and pdt light. All was done by Elvi.
    She is very friendly and professional. No hard selling which very appreciated??

    I really recommend cheongdam as i can see the result and improvement within one session! Please do have a visit for you to experience it yourself! Elvie my beauty therapist is very friendly and her face extraction isnt painful at all! She was so helpful helping me manage my budget for my facial! Will surely visit again!

    Came here for consultation with Cheryl regarding my acne problems and red skin. She came with good recommendations and knowledge on the targeted treatment. I could see visible results after the first treatment. Cheryl is also friendly and make you comfortable during the whole process. 🙂
