    First time trying their 10 step facial treatment. Therapist Michole is very friendly and patient in serving me. They are not pushy in asking customer to purchase their products or packages.

    My first pico laser was dedicated to Cheongdam Jurong Point branch.
    Doctor Dr Chris and his assistant Ms Angel patiently explained the whole treatment process to me, so that I can understand how to take care of it next.
    I am really afraid of pain. During the treatment process, they will always ask me about my condition, and they will always talk to me and share their attention ?
    I am looking forward to the changes on my face in a month, and will continue to come back here for the next treatment ☺️

    医生Dr Chris和他的助手 Ms Angel很耐心地跟我讲解了整个treatment过程，让我明白接下来要怎么样去护理。
    我本身真的很怕痛，在treatment过程中他们也一直会问我的condition，会一直跟我说话分享注意力 ?
    我很期待一个月后我脸上的变化，会继续回来这里完成接下来的疗程 ☺️

    I did a Xeomin treatment at Cheongdam Jurong Point. Dr Chris Chan is very friendly, attentive & gave me good advices. The staff are nice too especially Ms Angel. I am quite happy with the results after the treatment.

    This is my 2nd facial treatment with Cheongdam Jp, Michole the beautician, despite her young age, is truly experienced and knowledgeable about the products and treatment for my skin, and I can see the stark difference after my facial. Will definitely recommend and continue with their wide range of beauty services and products.

    My mum and I went for pico laser. Thank you Dr Chris for your detailed explanation and being meticulous. Really feel at ease throughout and appreciate that there’s no hard selling at all! Angel who help us throughout is really warm and welcoming too! A very good experience overall.

    My facial with Sophie was a very nice experience. No hard selling though she did introduce their products and packages. Korean styled clinic which I prefer as it targets my skin needs on that particular day rather than a generic package. Convenient location and clean rooms.

    I did Korean Pico Laser and lip filler over at Cheongdam Jurong Point last week. Despite the Korean Pico laser being a trial session, I am satisfied that Dr Colin provided a wholesome experience, no cutting corners! He took time to focus on my area of concern, such as the large pores on my cheeks. Dr Colin also adjusted the strength of the laser at intervals, to suit the different areas on my face. Clinic Assistant Angel was also soft spoken and gentle. I appreciate that there was no hard selling after my session. Today, i’m back again at Cheongdam, for a lip review session. I will definitely revisit Cheongdam and recommend it to my friends! Well done Cheongdam!

    I tried their Rejuran healer , this is my second time with them.
    Doctor is professional and their staff is good. No hard sale here . I feel comfortable here , their price is reasonable too.

    I have never thought I’ll be visiting an aesthetic clinic every month. I have been visiting the Cheongdam Aesthetics Clinic for the past 6 months for Pico Toning treatment as it gives my skin a nice healthy glow.. I always enjoyed my trip down to the clinic and every time I feel satisfied.

    My consultant was amazing. He provided a facial treatment that works for my skin, and budget and best fits my needs. He explained everything in detail which is so important in this modern-day world of customer service! The ambiance of the environment is super relaxing. It was a soothing experience, and come back for more amazing treatments here.

    Chanced upon the clinic as I was shopping in the mall so I inquired about their facial treatments. The clinic ambiance was nice and the staff was professional and friendly. After the treatment, my skin is so much brighter and smoother now. I’ll make this a monthly treatment!

    This is the first time I’ve had facial treatments or special care for my skin. So happy with my results after doing skin treatment in Cheongdam. The staff were very welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away. The treatment was well explained to me which I found beneficial as it was my first time having anything done to my face!

    Did my facial here and enjoyed the process. The lady who did my facial, Michole was lovely and helped recommend the treatments suitable for my skin. I also had a great facial massage ? like coming here for the medical grade machine treatments.

    Thanks Michole for enjoyable facial. Like Cheongdam facial can customisable to skin condition using point system, instead of fixed one facial package which need top up. Facial gentle on skin.

    I have been here a few times and I had very good experiences with Dr Chris and Angel with my facials. Dr Chris is a very patient and he explained the treatments to me carefully before I decided to proceed. Angel who is the assistance therapist is very friendly and professional. The service at Jurong is very comfortable and friendly. I will definitely continue to go back there.

    I also came back and met Michole to do a facial treatment. She was very patient and friendly. She explained the steps during the facial and made me feel relaxed.
