    Extractions are gentle and not painful. Shiky has also taken time to explain what kind of skincare are suitable for my skin and what kinds to avoid.

    My therapist Moon is very professional, always explains all the details in every step of the facial. She is also very polite and sincere, which makes the experience very enjoyable.

    Have been regularly going to the outlet at Novena Square 2 for IPL sessions as well as Rejuran Boosters. The consultants are friendly, calm and professional and consistently make the experience comfortable. Highly recommended!

    Came for the 10 step facial with the 1st time trial promotion. Definitely worth paying full price. Skin was left well-hydrated with a gentle glow and my therapist was excellent. Will return! Highly recommended.

    I went for their 1st timer trial and feel in love with the results straight away. Since then I have been with them for 18mths. The service from Fangmin, Koni and Shukery are professional, no hard selling and they patiently explained how the treatment is addressing the issues of my skin condition (which varies from time to time). I have also recommended my family and friends due to the effectiveness of their facial treatment.

    I had one of my best experiences with Koni and Fangmin from Novena outlet! I have been going to them for the past 2 years and they have been really great – professional and always helpful with a good amount of product knowledge to judge what my skin needs at every session.     Hi, I have been going to Cheongdam for few years and the entire team have always been friendly and patient. They will discuss and explain which type of products and treatments suitable for my skin as I got sensitive skin. So far up until now, I feel satisfied with it. No hard selling of their products too.

    I was passing through Singapore after my Europe trip and saw this on social media. I booked a facial for myself and my partner. The experience was one of a kind, with kind staff, explaining the types of skin we have and what we needed. They were able to provide recommendations. After our facials, our skin was glowing and beautiful! Highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for a glow up and education about skin care and skin in general.

    Cheongdam is perhaps the best facial place I’ve been to – an exhaustive list of treatments available using authentic korean equipment (saw a korean dermatologist youtuber using the exact same equipment), transparent pricings, zero hard-selling and knowledgable and skilled therapists who could provide honest opinions. All the therapists are very hospitable but I’d like to specially commend my therapist Shiky. She attended to me on my second visit and her impeccable service was what made me decide to sign the highest tier package with them. I’ve done microneedling and extractions with her and needless to say, my skin has improved tremendously!

    Went to try the 10 step facial, really enjoy the service. My therapist ( I didn’t asked for her name) was professional. She explain on my skin condition and what I need to focus on. Appreciate her details information. Her gentle touch make me relax and my skin feel refresh. Definitely will come again.

    Have visited Novena outlet since last year. Fang Min and Koni are both very experienced therapist, they are very gentle with the facial treatments. They also attend to my enquiries promptly.     Used a fave voucher to try CheongDam for the first time. I have a regular facial elsewhere but wanted to try Korean to feel the difference. Olivia was patient and explained the skin analysis (lots of photos of the face) on a machine just at the recep area. Shiky did the 2-hr facial for me and time flew by. Extraction wasn’t too painful and she identified that mask-acne is the problem (whereas I thought it’s hormonal). Happy with the service overall and confident with the treatment offered – the ladies know their stuff!
