    Been there twice for my treatment, I quite happy with the treatment but has been upset because of the hard sales tactics and the sum $$$$$ being charged. Outstanding amount which the sales consultant insist that I have to settle the balance when I go for my third treatment, as I cant pay my balance and which I’ve told the consultant to let me use the treatment on $$$$$ that had paid and she said her boss does not allow, this is sad and find it ridiculous…..

    I have an existing facial package with them but after each treatment session the salesperson will hard sell new products or treatments which is extremely annoying. Asking me to switch some of my existing sessions to a new treatment package and further top up with cash. Aggressive sales tactics.

    Time had changed…2 star given to the facial therapist (jovy and kelly) and to the doctor. Used to be alright at novena, until the change in front office/sales/consultant people.
    You need to make extra sure you leave when they keyed your next appt in their system.
    Also you will need to make sure they upsell you with correct information even though your historical records is in the file they holding on to.
    2nd time i get misinformed by the same outlet in 1 year.
    Overall, experience is ok until the very last part.

    Under the hands of Haach’s professional facial therapist, I have recently done an oxygen facial treatment to re-energize my face! The treatment involves delivering oxygen to the deepest layer of the skin, nourishing skin cells, hydrates and detoxifies skin, speeding up cell turnover.

    I signed package with them; every time I go they wanted to sell me other treatments. Very pushy; will not sign with them once I finished my package.

    They have many options for facial services and the fact that they offer a variety to men makes it worth the time to go down. Therapist are great and friendly, I have Jovy who does a fantastic service and you can tell by her touch, she takes of her hands.

    Was attended by Veron and Kelly. Both were detailed in their explanation and service was good. Went for the trial Gentlemen’s Retreat but did not sign a package in the end and they were not pushy. If I had the money to spare, I would likely have signed a package. Thanks for the great facial

    Thank you @Dr. Haarch aesthetic clinic for taking good care of my skin today. I had a facial laser done by Dr. Xie and he made sure that the whole process will be in my own comfort. The result was fantastic!
    Right after had a facial done by Ms. Elizabeth and it was relaxing and had a wonderful result too! And lastly for Ms. Michelle for her patience in assisting me with everything! Come see them!

    Had been skeptical about going for facial due to past bad experiences. But Jovy and Michelle had been really patient and knowledgable with explaining and trying out different treatments for my skin condition. They do not hard sell and only recommend things which are beneficial. Now I can see my skin improving and I am glad to have known them ?

    Michelle was really attentive and polite. Not much of hard selling, more of information and skin care. Joey was good in skin extraction and it’s really great. Although the pain is there but it’s take a skill to do the extraction shift and reduce the pain while doing. Thanks ??

    Came here for trial (Novena) and was honestly impressed by the skills of the beautician (Jovy). I usually hate the extraction process the most but it was like a 3/10 pain for me. Really great skills and the redness on my face really reduced quite a lot. Recommended!

    If you have any facial problem, Dr HAACH is definitely a must-to-visit aesthetic clinic that you should go to! Their facial and laser treatment has certainly improve my facial conditions! Their service and treatment is really good!

    All of their staffs are also really nice and friendly! Especially Michelle and Agnes!

    I definitely would recommend this to my friends and family! 🙂

    Service is so good. Agnes the beautician is excellent in facial massage and friendly. Very pleased with the facial service and Michelle the manager is very professional and extremely superb nice. So happy and please with the service and facial purchased. Thank you so much, appreciate the excellent service.

    Went to DR HAACH Novena Branch and was served by Michelle and Julie. Both were very friendly and welcoming to me and the treatment done was very good!

    Really recommend people to come and try out their facial treatments. 🙂

    Started my treatment early on 2020, sadly was impacted by the COVID-19. But fortunately, the staff reminded me about the situation and gave solution for upcoming appointment.

    The treatment I did was Chemical Peel, Hydrogen Peel and Laser which undergo for quite some time but in all, i do see improvement substantially thanks to Doctor Xie who provided me assurance and tips on how to improve my skin when I’m at home or working. He was professional during the job, and always ask me question during treatment to ensure I am feeling comfortable.

    The staff was amazing, and professional throughout the treatment. Assist me in paying slowly even though I was impacted financially by the pandemic. Before treatment they would always give a call to ensure and remind me. Such excellent service.

    Excellent customer service and professionalism by Michelle and Agnes at Novena branch. I did the Aurelian Gold Lifting Facial. Though Therpaist Agnes was unable to converse in English fluently she tried her best to explain each steps and all the details. She did such a thorough extraction. Experienced the new infusion machine treatment as well. One of the best facial I had under AIA promotion.

    Had been doing facial treatment at Dr Haach Novena for 5 years. Skin condition has improved alot, enjoyed my treatment session always. Excellent service and the staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Lynn for taking good care of my skin and giving me good skincare tips.

    Went to Dr Haach at Novena, experience their purely white facial treatment. Felt so good and satisfied with their service. Special thanks to Michelle and Jovy, both of them are friendly, also provided very professional service. Highly recommend.

    5 Dec – Their consultant called and I agreed to an appointment for 8 Dec.
    7 Dec – Received their call to cancel said appointment and reschedule to 5 Jan.
    3 Jan – Received their call to confirm the appointment on 5 Jan.
    5 Jan – Turned up at their outlet and they somehow cannot find the appointment.

    No apology or compensation for my time wasted even when I showed them the call logs as proof.

    Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Looked through the reviews and found that others have had similar experiences of arriving at their outlet only to be told that their appointments can’t be found in their system.
