    I went for haircut just now, was attended by Jane (I’m not wearing specs hopefully I didnt get her name wrong). She is attentive and detailed, even though less talking compared to another staff. You can see even she attended male customer who was cutting hair short like left with inch she still take some time to cut. For female it costs $18 I think totally worth it, if you went to other barber shop which cost higher price you can’t guarantee their work done is good too. I got my hair cut short again after so many years, thanks for Jane reminder to use comb to curl the ending part always after washing hair. Will come again this branch if need haircut again.

    However, I have a suggestion. Maybe can have signage to let customer knows to pay when reach their queue. And also sit according to queue number. These 2 info in one notice board? As many of them are like me first time coming might be a bit lost like what to do, to pay first or pay later. With the signage the staff wouldn’t get interrupted hopefully when cutting customer hair halfway.

    I had a fantastic haircut with Vivi Wang — easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at a salon. She’s attentive, skilled, and really takes the time to understand what you want. Left feeling fresh and confident. Highly recommended!

    Suzy Kong was my hairdresser. Very pleasant knows what she is doing. Coming from a customer that goes to high priced salons and barber, suzy did well enough so all i can say is very worth while and gonna be frequent customer.

    I visited this outlet expecting a quick “Express” cut, but it was far from express. The whole process was confusing — it wasn’t clear whether we should pay first or get the haircut first. After many customers finished, the staff had to waste time searching for receipts and printing them out, causing unnecessary delays. Very disorganized and disappointing experience. Definitely not what I expected from a place that claims to be fast and efficient.

    Do not go near the auntie with extremely long grey hair with strands of bleached hair, usually the Chinese aunties are ok, but this one messed my hair up till I’m speechless

    Thank you Suzy! Been dragging to get my haircut for months. Not sure if hairdresser knows how to handle my thin curly soft short lady hair. Well well I’m lucky decided to drop by as it’s heavily raining outside. Not much crowd. I jump in and met Suzy. Nice nice. Fast and efficient. Love it
    Now I’m more inclined to get my haircut next month! 😆

    I finally got a proper tapered haircut with smooth transition from top to the sides. They are fast and precise, and everything is clean. I have tried other barbers around Pasir Ris and Tampines, and they by far the best.
