    Jack did a great job cutting my hair. It was quick and exactly what I asked for. I waited for 2 minutes and haircut took around 15 mins. Had my head vacuumed, which was an interesting experience. Was very professional and courteous.

    I just had my haircut done by Jack Tan at the Eastpoint branch, and it was a great experience. He was highly professional and focused throughout the process. Jack also took the time to explain how I could describe the haircut for future visits, and he even helped me take photos of my hair for future reference. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. Thank you, Jack!

    Just had a haircut today by Devon. Very friendly and patient hairdresser who shared with me the different hairstyles and also the benefits of cutting/trimming hair for someone like myself who don’t cut hair very often. Skills was superb too and the hairstyle came out as what I wanted. Didnt expect such a great experience at QB house. Definitely would be coming back in the future. Thank you for the nice haircut, Devon.

    Requested style: The barber did not how to cut properly, asymmetrical cut and not cut properly. one side longer than other. Tries to gaslight me into believing what she did was correct. The tools also dirty and not clean. Specifically the old lady with bob cut. NEVER GET A HAIRCUT FROM HER. Have to get buzzcut now.
