    I’ve gone several times for a classic manicure and pedicure, ans it’s NOT a pleasant experience. The manicurists working there are on Tik Tok watching videos & disturbing their colleagues who are working on their clients. It’s unprofessional and not safe – especially when a manicurist is holding a machine with a blade that removes skin from the client’s foot. I thought maybe it was a one off but unfortunately this has happened EVERY single time I go. They play loud music and talk loudly to each other – it is not a calming experience at all. It has affordable prices but not worth it. I will not be returning. I do not recommend this nail salon.

    I simply love Princess’s Cottage. I just went yesterday to do my nails for CNY. It has been a yearly affair to go to Princess’s Cottage to get my nails ready for CNY. The staff there is very friendly and warm. I love the nails that I just did. My manicurist was very detailed, thoughtful and patient. I didn’t know that my toe nails are infected with fungus as I always wear covered shows. She was very patient to explain to me how I should take care of my nails to prevent fungus. Simply ❤ Princess’s Cottage

    They have been around for over 15 years and I have been visiting this outlet for the past years. I like their services and have already renewed a few packages with them. Very professional and friendly. Makes me feel very comfortable every visit. Thanks and continue that good service!

    Had been here a few times & service was great. Staffs are professional & experienced. The price is transparent & they are not pushy. Overall good experience. Place is pretty and comfortable too.

    I have been patronizing Princess Cottage since their first opening in Tampines Mart – 16 years now!!

    I believe their highly skilled manicurist are carefully selected as Princess Cottage is well known for their creative and amazing nail arts.

    I am extremely impressed with their creativity, drawing skills and the eyes for details!

    I did my full set of wedding nails and left the design entirely to Princess Cottage, only to mention that I would like something “bling bling”. I received many compliments and also from the many local Japanese during my honeymoon.

    Here is my latest hand drawn manicure – it was beautifully done – Yes, hand drawn right in front of my eyes!

    I enjoyed the process of watching them drawing on my nails. They would draw with passion and do their best to meet my expectation (I’m a fussy one!!)

    I am very satisfied with every experience each time I visit Princess Cottage.

    It very convenient given that the latest branch is now in town – Somerset 111.

    All 3 branches are very nicely and cosy decorated – excellent place to relax after a long day at work.

    I would highly recommend for you to experience it for yourself. ☺️

    The experience here is rather disappointing. They have a first time trial promotion and the staff deliberately not inform you about it which I discovered only after my visit. I would not recommend this nail salon.

    Manicurist were really friendly and detailed. They provided me with various options to consider which was really nice. Overall had a really nice experience.

    I love the end of result so much everytime when I came to Princess’s Cottage. I just can’t stop admiring my nails. Recommend to anyone who is interested. ❤❤❤

    Luxurious service. And the kind of luxury I talk about here does not mean ‘expensive’ or ‘high-end’. Rather, it’s the warm reception and service to details before I arrive, during my time there and after I leave – neither too much or too little. My experiences here before were good. Today was WOW. There must be much work(behind the scene) the team takes pride into growing the brand and delivering such an experience for your customer

    Great service! Happy to see Gennie again ! Thank u for the lovely nails I love it ! Ke tian is also very gentle and patient ! Vivian , who did my daughter’s nail is also gentle and my girl cannot stop looking at her shiny nails haha will definitely visit them again ❤️

    The staffs here are very professional and experience, Princess cottage is my first choice when it comes to Mani and Pedi.

    Ginni has been the one attending to me, and everytime she never fail to make me smile, walking out of the place with beautiful nails.
