    Booked a last min gel manicure with nail art and was served by Xiao Yu. She was so patient and gentle with my nails. Doesn’t hard sell, and was attentive to all the little details on my nail art. You can tell from my nails that it’s very well done. 🙂 I would probably head back to take up a package from her!

    got acrylic extensions done here for prom and they were beautiful 🙂 staff were kind and answered my questions about pricing of add-ons, etc before starting work (no hidden pricing!). they did try to persuade me to get packages and spend more, but i guess that’s just part of their job.

    nails ended up lasting beyond the 2-3 weeks that i had expected, and were still sturdy after the 4.5 week mark!

    overall service was very lovely, especially worthwhile due to their student discount 🙂

    The place was rlly cosy and aesthetic. The workmanship on my manicure was quite well done (my manicurist was Irise, I think). The promotion was really good as compared to their usual price. I hope they have promotions more often.

    I Love this place!! Thank you Princess cottage for taking care of my nails! This is a Top notch nails salon in a neighborhood mall! The nail polish color collection is Huge ?, a lot more than most nails salons I’ve visited. The nailarts are always on point! I don’t request for manicurist, cos all of them could deliver the nailarts that I had requested!

    The packages they offer are actually very worth it. With my package discount 45% off, I’m actually paying lesser than a homebase manicure service! I’m always very proud to recommend to all my friends to come to Princess cottage.

    Booked express gel mani over WhatsApp and there was no mention about promotion of normal gel mani. When I turned up, they tried to sell the promotion which is only $16 gel mani vs my package gel express mani $44. It’s a no brainer so I agreed to take the promo only to be told that there’s no slot anymore and come back 3 days later.

    What disappointed me was that no one actually shared this promo with me when I was making my booking. If this was made known to me earlier , I would have booked an hour slot. What’s even more disappointing is to offer the promo on the spot and to tell me to come back 3 days later.

    This is terrible service and I’ve been a regular package client for the past 2-3 years. You can be assured that I will never sign up or extend my package with you guys again.

    These days are getting so pressured going there. They tell you something but change words and not honor after sign a new course and the next visit they will try to make you to utilize or spent as much. Very dishonest.

    Worst, they recently revised new pricing structure becoming even more ridiculously high, an Express Gel (just feet only) will cost you a whopping SGD54.00 excludes return remove, must need to pay more. There is another Mani/Pedi shop just 1 or 2 level down, so much cheaper, friendly and skillful but more importantly no pressure at all. Will not go ever again to Princess’s Cottage! No business ethics!

    Came here and had a terrible experience. It was one of the times you have to sit and worry about the end cost, because of how messy the menu was, with all the hidden cost. Everything is set at alacarte price so you won’t know the cost till the end.

    Had got a simple express gel pedicure and the bill was $54 not including soakoff price. Price was a total rip off and you’re able to find much cheaper gel pedicures elsewhere.

    The service is mediocre as well, rip-off for the price paid.

    The menu is very confusing with a lot of add ons and hidden cost. They are very pushy to sell you a package. My nails were not properly cured and didn’t last long.

    Have been with them since they opened at Seletar Mall. Love their service as their manicurist are meticulous.

    Been here for about 1 year

    They are always very nice and patient. They always give nice nail suggestions as well. Look for kimmy/Jean! They are very meticulous and passionate in their work. So far I loved all the suggestions and been coming here for every month. Value for money as well as they really did a good job!

    The staff at PC(Seletar Mall) are all very friendly and cheerful. Irise is very meticulous, patient and takes very good care of my nails. Mey and Qing are also very professional and great in their nail services. Highly recommend this place. Great service Happy customer

    Such a lovely nails done by manicurist Irese. All the manicurists provide good services and make you feel like home.
