    Newly renovated beauty salon that look clean and hygienic. I am a regular customer and have found their one-stop beauty service professionally done at affordable in the heart of Orchard Road. Will recommend others to come if you need to have a complete beauty makeover from head to toe as they provide hair extension, brow trimming, eyelash extension, facial, nail extension manicure and pedicure, hair removal and massage services too. Staffs are friendly and thoughtful. Enjoyed every moments here.

    I do not recommend this salon!! You better not come here!! tools are not processed, the staff is unfriendly, the pedicure was disgusting, I would have cut my own nails at home, and the price is very high?

    Не рекомендую данный салон!! Лучше не приходите сюда!! инструменты не обрабатывают, персонал недружелюбен, педикюр сделали отвратительно, я бы дома и то лучше подстригла сама себе ногти, так еще и цена очень высокая?

    Omg! Worst classic pedicure I ever had.

    I know how to manicure pedicure okay.

    I think I do better than the lady (Janice) ??

    $48 for classic pedicure and add-on $20 for scrub. I think this service worth $45. the whole session was boring. I just felt I wasted my money and not enjoying. Do so fast like chop chop and go. The service need to be improve I guess. Filing was not skillful. Google stated 7 years experiences, hmmmm I don’t see the 7 years skills. Lazy to continue ?

    This was so overpriced and not very well done. My cuticles were bleeding, the design was incomplete with random gaps and chips and it was way too overpriced. Only upside was that the woman doing my nails was nice but other than that I wouldn’t come back here to get extensions done.

    Did my nails here, friendly staff and able to do my design as requested very well. Also helpful in suggesting color.

    Recommend by my best friend. My first time here, the manager and staff are very friendly and attentive to my request as I’ve never did pedicure before. Really loving the vibrance here and the whole experience. And of course the results! Thanks!

    Came in for a walk in and was quickly taken care of! Staff were nice and listened to all of my requests. Wonderful chat with the lady who did my nails.

    The place was really accessible and close to the mrt. I had Anne do my nails and they were so pretty, she was really detail oriented and made sure I was comfortable throughout.

    Edit: a few nails popped off within 2-3 days of having them done but was told they would last for 3-4 weeks so was a bit disappointed.

    They offered to fix a nail for free, but I think I’ll get them all removed to save the trouble of fixing the rest ?

    I came here with my friends while on holiday in Singapore as this was one of the only salons open on a public holiday. We came in on super short notice but they were able to accommodate us and squeezed the three of us in for manicures. The place was very clean and everyone here was super friendly and hospitable. They offered us water and our nails were all done very well ☺️

    Great service by Debi and Jan. The new salon at 111 Somerset is very spacious and comfortable, much improved from the previous location at Scape. I did a classic pedi and gel mani with Jan and impressed by how meticulous she is. Debi was also very kind to extend my package expiration date and allow me to try other services.

    The ladies were friendly and accommodating but manicurist didn’t know classic mani includes 10 mins massage and skipped it. Pedicurist needs more practice as the varnish on the toe nails is not smooth. I also have nail polish on my fingers, so overall I agree with the other reviews

    did a lash perm with them for $48, and in the end, it looked like i just curled my lashes with a bad curler. during the procedure i kept feeling her remove the thing on my lid, i kinda thought something went wrong but gave them the benefit of the doubt. once it was done, she looked shocked at how “good” it turned out and I was just taken aback at how they thought it was good. clearly they were unexperienced. it has been less than a day and my lashes fell already, truly disappointing! dont bother :>

    I came to have my gel extensions removed (did not get extensions from them) since they had a good value for removal.

    My gel extensions were RIPPED off of my fingernails by the nail tech. You are never supposed to peel off gel especially gel extensions, and I did think this but I didn’t know for sure until looking it up afterwards. It was very painful! She broke off four of my nails in the process, even though I wanted to keep my growth.

    Peeling them off really damaged my nails and they are really thin and painful. Terrible. ( I also do have a video of my nails that i took in the salon showing the damage but I could not upload)

    I also paid for a $40 manicure which was supposed to include a massage which I didn’t get. Polish job was fine.

    Also the studio is really dirty and I didn’t see any washing stations for the tools.

    My nails are ruined now and will take probably a year to heal.

    I’m really disappointed in the way my classic gel manicure was done. Few pointers why.

    1) Manicurist forgot that I booked for classic, proceeded to give me express gel services. I’m totally fine with it and accepted that it was an honest and human mistake. But the fact that she RUSHED through doing my nails was not a pleasant experience at all.

    2) It was a horribly painful experience removing the cuticle! I’ve never felt so painful doing manicure services before in my life. The manicurist was so rough and literally tore my cuticle to the point where it bled once. A day on, and the cuticles still hurt. I’m pretty sure this is not how manicure services are supposed to feel…

    3) The gel work wasn’t even smooth at all, and the pictures speak for itself. Some nails has had DIRT stuck on them and it’s already been gel-ed in. Ugh! Cant stand seeing the dirt everyday I look at my nails now. It felt like an express gel manicure service for the price of a classic…

    4) Dirty gel and equipment. This I’m okay, but the gel really… has many bumps??? Or dirt whatsoever in it. My nails aren’t smooth and they look so mediocrely done.

    Overall, I’m disappointed in my experience with Peony. I usually don’t give bad reviews to salons but a day on from my service, this really left a horrible impression on me.

    If you’re okay with such quality of services at a quiet place, go ahead. Not stopping you. But this is my honest feedback to you, Peony. I sincerely hope you guys can improve the quality of your services for the sake of the other ladies out there.
