    Been to both their Tanjong Pagar and Siglap branch and I must commend their consistent service. The masseuse really helped with my back pain and I love the use of their heat packs. No extra gimmicks, just pure good massages for the value stated.

    Agree that this place is better than the others in Siglap.

    The dessert with tea at the end was a nice touch ??

    I have been to all the massage palours within Siglap and i can confidently say that this is the best place to come to. The experience is wholesome and delightful. From the first encounter to the final touch point.

    Felis attended to my call and she was extremely helpful and courteous. When i arrived, she greeted me warmly and made the service so personalised by constantly addressing my by my last name. She was always warm and friendly- an absolute service professional!

    Mei attended to me for my massage session and i must commend on her skillfulness. She was sensitive to my needs and ensured that i was comfortable and well taken care of. I also noticed that she was very accommodating and courteous.

    The staff here are well trained and very thoughtful. I definitely recommend this place and I’ll be happy to be a returning customer!

    Have been coming here for a few years and it’s always been a pleasant and relaxing experience. Would continue returning as the environment is clean and the staff is professional and polite

    Cosy Japanese-style interiors, clean, but let down by a lacklustre massage.

    I opted for the foot reflexology. The massage therapist massaged both legs differently, and in a haphazard way.

    There’s a timer that rings at the end of the one hour massage, and the therapist ended the massage abruptly once the timer went off, took the towels and left the room quickly without saying anything. It was an abrupt and unpleasant way to end the session.

    I wouldn’t return

    Worst massage of my life. Kept telling the masseuse to reduce her strength but there was no difference. Went home with a few abrasions and bruises on my back.

    Masseuse no. 63 was excellent according to my partner who accompanied me. On the other hand, no. 78 who attended me was not the best, felt more like gentle rubbing. Nonetheless, ambience is great. Sofa bed is comfy. Went at 9:30pm and it was quiet and nice.

    Definitely better than Green Apple Spa. Clean, hygiene, good skills and comfortable experience .No hard selling. Provided tea and dessert after massage. Hubby immediately wanted to sign package after 1 try. This is v unusual of him. And he has been a loyal customer since then. No. 53 is his top choice.

    Reduce from 5 stars to 3
    No. 53 has since left the shop and we can’t find a decent masseur. So sad…. don’t think will continue the package w them.

    We went for a foot massage at their Siglap branch and were very satisfied with the ambience, privacy and professionalism. The masseuse were very well trained and provided an exceptional service. They made an additional effort to ensure our comfort…small touches like a shoulder massage while soaking our foot in the tub, a back warmer etc …all went a long way in delivering an outstanding experience.

    Came here hoping to have a good body massage but didn’t get one.
    Nice and cosy environment but service was not up to standards.
    Massage session was disappointing.

    Therapist (No. 10) massaged both side of my body differently, different strokes and different sequence. Inconsistent techniques were applied. Some involved her jabbing me then stroking me and her nails were long.
    She was also rushing throughout the entire session.
    It was a very UNCOMFORTABLE session.

    Both my fiance and I booked for the same body massage but received very different massage.

    NOT COMING BACK.
