    My wife booked an appointment at 12.30pm as a kind gesture BUT on my way, I received a call informing me my slot is 12noon and no more slot for me. It is definitely not a mistake at our part as originally wanted to book at 12.45pm. It is a great great disappointment for me. No more OD Wellness !!!

    Been here twice so far. The therapists are skilled and thorough, and they give helpful tips. I appreciate that they don’t chat unnecessarily, and give me the space to enjoy the massage while checking in on how I’m feeling from time to time. The design of the space is a little dated but it’s clean.

    Been to this od wellness tuakong for the past 5 years and all therapist are very professional clean and well trained to treat the body aches.

    environment is clean and all the bedsheets and covers and towels changed every single visit.

    I cannot find anywhere that is better than this place. After covid 19 happens, i only visit this therapy branch. will definteily recommend.

    Great experience at here, massager really press on the point and make you feel that your muscle tightness is relieved, my massager is very patience, knowing that my pain tolerance is very low, she will check on me how is the strength and will adjust accordingly. This is my second times visited here, their services are consistent, recommended this outlet. Tried other outlet before but their massagers was not able to help me to relieved my sore.

    Been to the Siglap and Neil Rd outlets but I think I’ll be coming back here from now. My friend and I got number 9 and 28 and I really liked my masseuse. She hit the right spots and was communicative and nurturing. My friend who’s a very picky person surprisingly said her massage was good too. Phew. Anyway they have the $49 per hour promo for first three vists to each outlet so I’m gonna do that then continue with the weekday before 5pm promo which I always go for. I’m most probably gonna try all 7 therapists and stick with a couple that I like most.

    We made a booking for 4 but was told they only registered for 2. Very very poor service and bad organisational skill. Suspect they gave the other 2 bookings to their regular customers because I remember very clearly they asked what kind of services did we want when we did the booking. Very sure we told them we wanted 2 body & 2 foot massage.

    Visited few times, their receptionist is quite friendly and polite. Always greeted with smile every time i visit there. They also provide decent massage and give professional advice on the area that you feel pain with. ?

    The masseur was having flu and I can’t believe a well spa establishment like this can allow a sick staff to work.

    A clean place that looked nice but I had bruises on my back and was very sore the day after because the therapist was so hard on me! She got some knots out which was great, but she didn’t know where to ease up, clearly. She was polite and the receptionist was nice, though.

    Don’t bother using a fave deal on here. By the time all the extra charges they give you spend the same as the regular price for a massage. Felt taken advantage of as a an expat. Massage was mediocre. And they didn’t ask what kind of massage I wanted. Communication is a problem here. Better to go to a place where there are no surprises. By the time we got there we were told a couples room was extra.

    RE: The additional charge for the couple room was not stated until we arrived. Just another extra charge. It was an unpleasant experience and we felt taken advantage of. We didn’t even get to choose which massage we wanted. There was no thought taken into making us feel comfortable. The price for first time visitors was $49. We paid more than that with all the other charges. This is a very sneaky gimmick that displays the integrity of this spa. We called in and the receptionist couldn’t speak english well. So when we asked about these things. it wasn’t stated until we got there. We are not going to waste an hour travel and our plans because this couldn’t have been communicated. It is fine if you think what you did was by the book. I will look for a place that I feel more comfortable in with a happier experience. Thanks for the terrible experience and a worse reply.
