    Initially, I had plans of becoming a regular because the service was good and the place was cosy and quiet. The staff was very respectful and gentle at first. She kept overly complimenting me which I became wary of coz in my mind it’s unnecessary and that there will potentially be hard selling. Later on it happened. I really felt helpless coz she went on forcing me to avail the package for a long time even when I said no many times. Fortunately, I didn’t give in at all and my friend was there to help me. The offer wasn’t cheap at all it is around 800 I think then reduced to 600+ and even said I could pay in instalments using Atome app which angered me coz if I can’t afford it why would I buy it. I felt really harassed and utterly disappointed coz I came there to unwind, pamper myself a bit but ended up having negative feelings. It took about a month for me to feel the need to write a review. Especially having recently visited another nail salon that didn’t hard sell and was genuine about the good service. I hope the management will do something about this kind of practise. It shoos customers away rather than getting them to come back on their own accord. My friend and I agreed we would never come back.

    I have been to Nailz Gallery more than 6 years already. From White Sands Mall to East Point Mall. The manicurists are skilful and professional, practise good hygiene. Highly recommended.

    I’m an individual who never leave negative reviews (takes up too much precious energy), but felt really deceived to not do so. I was walking around my area searching for an affordable salon to have my pedicure. Walked past Nailz Gallery and enquired about their pricing, and the staff mentioned $38 — I didn’t think much about it and agreed. (Disclaimer: Another staff attended to me after) However, upon payment, it added up to $115 (incl gst)?! The only service that I was made aware of was the gel removal of $20. Even so, it should only accumulate to $58 (excluding gst).

    So my question is, shouldn’t customers be made aware of all the hidden costs that we’re paying for? I did close my eyes for a bit but what happened? It’s not like I engaged any of them in lewd acts that added another $50 to my bill?!

    I was overly exhausted from work and didn’t want to kick up a fuss physically, so I smiled at them and walked away. I gave myself a bit of time before deciding to post the review because I didn’t want to seem petty but I believe this is considered an unfair practise and there’s a price transparency law to stamp out hidden add-on fees — Where any mandatory fees or charges cannot be reasonably calculated in advance, and their existence should be clearly indicated upfront.

    Staffs are very unprofessional, they don’t understand English very poor service. Whenever I call for booking they say it’s fully booked.

    Terrible service, rude staff and not flexible at all starting from the reservation. Very pushy and hard sell. When they wanna upsell you, they will be nice but once you turn down their offer, they will just do sloppily and black face throughout the whole treatment. Not recommended for this type of service and end result.

    I have been a client of Nailz Gallery for slightly more than 5 years and had always visited their branch at White Sands. Wendy is extremely customer focused. She is the reason I have continued with Nailz Gallery and move with her when she is transferred from branch to branch. Glad she is now at the branch in East Point as it is much closer to home, making it more convenient. She is extremely caring and gives very professional advise on how to care for my feet. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a professional mani and pedi. Staff are warm and able to engage in light hearted conversations. I always look forward to my monthly visits here. Great therapy! The place is also extremely clean which is very important for me too.

    The nail staff is very cute and friendly. They ask your opinion and then start implementing it, taking good care of it. Cool place, simple, clean. My girlfriend loves this place.

    Super cute and professional shop owner

    Help me have beautiful nails for the wedding. I look so beautiful every time I look in the mirror. My friends say my nails are very beautiful. I took them to the nail salon.

    Highly recommened for those want to find a place do nail with good service in Singapore. I stopped by the store by accident cI but I was so suprised about the quality and services as well. I will do nails here whenever I have chance to go to here for traveling. Thanks for your services.
