    Actually I called for an appointment for the 30th of December and the lady there kept on saying that we are full on all the days . Then I asked for Jan 2nd for which she said that if it is for fave we don’t entertain prior appointments. Then why the hell are they in fave when you are not willing to offer treatment. It was very clearly evident that she was not willing to give appointment for fave users. Highly disappointed. Try and appoint a little more polite people.

    I booked a lash lift appointment with them but unfortunately caught covid the day before so I asked to reschedule. However, I was told that my deposit would be forfeited which made me feel rather disappointed as I thought they’d be able to show some empathy. Especially when they mentioned that they are experiencing high volume of appointments so I’m sure that at least one person would walk into the shop to replace my slot. They asked for MC when even MOM doesn’t require MC just a positive ART result. I’m pretty sure that whoever I was conversing with had already blocked me as I can no longer send messages. Definitely don’t recommend this place especially when they can’t even empathise with new customers. I suggest you visit other beauty salons.

    Staffs here at PLQ Lavida are very customer oriented, friendly and knowledgeable. Had a great experience here as a 1st time customer. Nice and natural eyebrows. Will recommend anyone whom want to get their brows done. Well done ladies keep up the good job.❣️❣️❣️

    Jessie is a wonderful therapist. She is very friendly and does an awesome job. The ambience is very warm and pleasant. I would give a 5 stars for this experience
