    My mom and I came to do our hair, my mom did rebonding and I coloured my hair. It was a great experience, everyone was so nice and our hairs turned out really great too. Definitely the best halal salons we’ve been to so far, and will come again!

    One good thing abt doing my hair at the Northpoint City outlet is I am able to walk-in without appointments, they can take in walk-ins on most occasions.
    As soon as my package finishes, I am inclined to go to another Muslimah saloon as this outlet has Chinese and Indian Malaysian hairstylists who I am unsure if they are Muslims. I would love to believe that Karva management is aware of the restrictions of a Muslim lady showing her hair to a non-Muslim lady.
    Additionally, I just viewed on Karva’s IG story today, 29 March, where Karva’s account reposted a story of a child having a haircut and her father filming it and posting it was in the saloon with other ladies having their hair done. It being a Muslimah saloon, and a man is in the area where hair services are carried out. I hope I am mistaken.

    Did a last minute booking to do my hair treatment at Karva Northpoint..
    happened it’s not a busy day at Karva…
    Had a great service from Amalia & Chloe (stylist).. they patiently went through with me on my scalp issue and treatment I needed. The hot tea was something I need after a tiring day at work too… overall satisfied customer…

    My go-to place. They don’t hard sell and always provide a comfortable, friendly environment. Staff always seem so cheerful and caring.

    Upon knowing that i am pregnant, certain treatment was not suitable. I acknowledged but they did an extra step to inform and explain to me the various products and procedures. They even swap certain treatment step of similar value to my treatment package that is more suitable for me as a pregnant woman. They ensured that i do not feel shortchanged. The constant checking-in on my wellbeing was also much appreciated. Love it here. 🙂

    On this day.. 29/11/24,
    such a great experience at Karva Northpoint thanks to Esa, Linda, &Bella did excellent work.. their amazing service and expertise! Plus points Their friendliness with skills really helped achieve the look I wanted and their tips help me to continue my haircare back at home. Will definitely come again. Big thank you from me to u. 👍👍☺️🥰

    Went to Karva Northpoint for the first time and the overall experience was awesome! I was attended to by Linda, Bella and Feeqah. They were very knowledgeable and shared their experience and also tips on how I can take better care of my hair. Overall a great and welcoming atmosphere and excellent service as well! I will definitely be coming back!

    Karva has been my go to salon since its muslimah friendly and near to my place yishun northpoint…what makes me coming back its because of the service n friendly staff..Especially shoutout to hairstylist Linda..Even my daughter likes her

    Had my hair appointment at Karva Northpoint outlet today. Was attended to by hair specialist Esa. She was very informative and knowledgeable with what is recommended for my hair type. Was also attended to by another staff, Bella. She was such a sweetheart and was given the best head massage for my hair treatment. Had the best pampering session here.

    I have come to this outlet a couple of times and have always had a pleasant time. The place is clean and well maintained. Staffs are friendly and welcoming too.

    I did a cut, wash & blow and scalp treatment with Chloe and Bella. They explained each step to me carefully, gave me advice on hair maintenance and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the duration.

    Will recommend coming here.

    This is my first time doing my hair with Karva. I chose the Northpoint branch because it was the closest to me. I did not have an appointment and just rocked up at the salon at opening time at exactly 11am. I was served by Linda. I showed her a photo of what I wanted, she assessed my hair and got to work (wash, cut & blow). From start to end, it took a total of 40 minutes! It was the best 40 minutes I had away from my babies haha!

    This mumma is rocking her fresh new do and I am so happy half of my dead frizzy uneven hair is GONE!

    Thank you Linda for a wonderful first time experience at Karva. I will see you again soon!
