    Kak izah really went all out to pull off on what I wanted and provided an excellent performance and service in the salon and took the effort to ensure that the outcome looked great on my skin tone and to run through on the colours on what will be best for me❤️😭

    Honest opinion. Went for a scalp treatment and a trim. You can see the price breakdown. As it was my first time, i decided to go with their recommendations. Firstly, the $238 + 70 treatment did nothing to my scalp. It felt nice and light at first, but by the 3rd day, my scalp was oily and itchy as ever. In my other experiences, after scalp treatment, my scalp feels oily only after 1 week. The $45 haircut was just a trim, and after a few snips, it was over. I don’t like my haircut as it’s uneven. I couldn’t really see my hair at the back after stylist showed me the mirror as lighting wasn’t that great. But it’s alright. Hair will grow. The bottom line is, if you charge that amount of money, you need to make sure your product or services are really good. Customer service was very good though and that’s the only reason I am giving it 3 stars. It’s good to try different places and experience new things. But after this experience, I am not returning.

    Knowledgeable and experienced. Explained each and every step that was done and the benefits of the process. Pleasant experience. Salon was cozy and comfortable. Did not feel as though the steps were rushed through. Will most definitely come again.

    Thank you Karva BPP team for operating on CNY day 2. It means a lot as i’ve had issues making time for a hair appointment.

    Loved how Izah had attended to my hair needs even though it was as basic as cut + wash + blow dry. She made me feel comfortable and safe, allowed me to rest my mind and spoke to me warmly only when necessary.

    Music played was at the right decibel level and i loved how items were tidy and in place.

    Before making payment I had also discussed with Izah on my future plans to go have ash grey highlights and she’s suggested that i keep the team updated on its availability in the store. I appreciate the heads up.

    Manage to book a last minute haircut with wash and blow. Got my me time eventho it took them less than an hour to make my hair lively and bouncy after being a mom of 2. Love it so much! Thank you to sis Izza for the quick haircut and to sis mas for the shiok head massage when she washes my hair. Love love love it!

    the staff were friendly and nice , but my ears and scalp itch after colouring . its my first time dyeing hair at salon and I decided to give this salon a chance since I see many good reviews but when dyeing my hair , they didn’t even cover my ears for protection or make sure the dye didn’t hit my ears , for 1 hour my hair was at my ears and it burn a little but I just kept quiet . after finish , the results were uneven but it’s fine cause they “said” it’s because I box dye my hair . but it’s gonna be my last time visiting . I’ve been scratching my ears for hours and it’s burning , my scalp is not feeling great too . Im glad I didn’t take up any hair treatment cause it’s not worth the money for this kind of results in the end !

    1st experience and it was amazing MasyaAllah.. Magic touch by hairstylist, Kak Izzah. Actually I was afraid if it wasn’t what I want but kak Izzah made it turn out like as if I am wearing a wig.. haha.. It was very, very nice.. and it’s the hairstyle tht I want.. I use to keep long hair, just today I feel I look good in short hair too… I will make a return to Karva again. Tq kak Izzah.. Glad to have you as my hair hairstylist.

    Go at your own risk. I went to have anti-frizz treatment done and the stylist asked if i wanted to add on hair-cut which cost $45. So i agreed. However, at the end of the treatment another stylist came (Angel) and took abt 10 seconds or so to trim the ends of my hair. I asked, is that considered a $45 haircut n she said yes. She said she will charge $25 instead and insisted she had cut my hair even before she started the treatment (this is not true), this never happened at all. The trimming of ends was done at the end of the treatment and that was the ONLY cut done. This is totally a scam. So dishonest. I should have just gone to kcuts opppsite for haircut! Just look at that 10-second trim that was so badly done which cost me $25! I’m so shocked that the stylist can lie so blatantly. Anyway, last time for me here!! Never again, as I do not want to support dishonest and unethical establishment!

    My first experience with Karva and it was a great one. Very friendly staff. I felt at home. Kak Iza and Joey attended to me well. Color came out perfect. I just told them what I wanted. Will be back.

    The best! I am so happy and grateful that there is a Karva branch at Bukit Panjang. And it comes with Izah! The best ever. Trust her years of experience and her instincts to make your hair look marvellous~
