    First time at Karva. Had a wonderful and pleasant experience. Maia checked our scalp and explained the available treatments suited for our scalp and hair. Mas was very gentle with the washing and felt comfortable with her.

    Went there on 23/2/25, and this was how much I spent in total. I really love the algana anti frizzy treatment and Keraspa scalp treatment. It is definitely overpriced for some but I love the results and outcome of it. They even offer me their package too. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Easy access from Woodlands mrt. Will come back for their hair scalp treatment! Thank you to Maia & Bella- my hairstylist.

    My sister and I had an amazing experience at Karva Hair Salon at Causeway Point! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They took the time to assess our hair condition before recommending a treatment that would work best for me. I really appreciated how they explained the entire procedure step by step, making sure I was comfortable throughout. They even checked in on me during the treatment to ensure everything was going smoothly. The level of care and professionalism was top-notch. Highly recommend this salon for both great service and a welcoming atmosphere! Thank you Elda and Maia for your warm service.

    I recently went to Karva salon at Causeway Point with my sister and mom. The staff there were friendly and they give advice on how we should care for our hair. Everything is ok. When we wanted to make payment, there is a bit of hard selling. There were 3 staff who took their time to really explain themselves and tried to convince us into purchasing the package. Previously when I went to the outlet at Northpoint alone, there was no hard selling so I thought that I can make a quick salon date with my mom and sister while my hubby takes care of my kid. But after several attempts of declining, the staff is nice enough to throw in a few freebies and also help us use shopback for discounts when making payment. The staff were nice enough and respect our decision to not take up the package. I’ve known other salons who would really force their customers to purchase their expensive package and products. Hence, I would definitely recommend Karva for their good service.

    average service but the hair washing was so rough? i felt my scalp getting burned off and my hair feels ripped off rn. i feel like the workers dont really know how to care for your hair much? washing of scalp need to be gentle but also exfoliating not to the point that youre too rough on the scalp which will cause damage and breakage to the hair. the worker who combed my hair please start from the bottom (ends of hair)…. combing from top to bottom will cause breakage especially when your hair is wet as wet hair is more prone to damage. my haircut was okay, i requested for layers and i have to admit that they did a great job for my blowout but other than that im not coming back my neighbourhood salon can do better i was holding my tears through the process bc my head feels burned af from the hair washing 🥲

    This was my first visit to Karva at Causeway Point for a haircut. After being seated, I was offered a selection of drinks. I inquired about the cost of a scalp treatment, and the stylist examined my scalp and recommended an organic treatment, quoting me $195.

    After completing the treatment, I was shocked to learn that the actual price was only $145. When I asked why I was charged more, the stylist explained that my treatment required extra steps.

    Shouldn’t they have been more transparent when providing a price quote? The difference in cost should have been clearly communicated beforehand. This lack of clarity and professionalism regarding pricing is disappointing. The service itself was average and doesn’t live up to the local hype. I would not recommend Karva to anyone

    Her outstanding care and expertise in addressing my student’s hair concerns were impressive. Maia’s quiet yet assuring demeanor puts me at ease. She executed my vision, delivering a neat, easy-to-maintain, yet chic hairstyle for my student. (Her mom loves it too!! :))

    Bella, Assistant Stylist:

    Bella provided attentive assistance, anticipating my student’s needs with kindness and gentleness. Her warm demeanor ensured my student felt comfortable throughout the service.

    Elda, Client Services:

    Elda liaised and coordinated with me to ensure that Maia understood my student’s profile, enabling the team to prepare accordingly. She’s the one who ties everything together.

    These three individuals made an impact on my student’s self-confidence and motivation to maintain good grooming habits, ultimately assist my goal to ensure her employment is secured. Their natural talent, personable approach, and dedication to their roles are truly commendable.

    My observation of the team’s interaction with another satisfied customer reinforced my positive impression. I hope their efforts are recognized by the management, as they are indeed the stars of Karva.

    I was able to replenish my Kerastase products, and I was impressed by the team’s excellent product knowledge.

    Made an appointment at Karva Causeway Point. The response after the online booking was prompt. All the staff are friendly and they know their stuff. I loved the service and definitely will come more often.

    I have been a customer at Karva for a long time, and am so happy that they opened an outlet in Woodlands! Angel and Joey always give the best treatment to my hair everytime I come.     Came here to dye and cut my hair. I am very pleased with the service, exceeding my expectations. Atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, and staff were professional and welcoming. I was taken care of gently the whole time. Would also like to commend Maya for her hairstyling skills. Place is muslim/ hijab friendly, and welcomes everyone to do their hair here.

    The place is very comfortable and has a good ambience. Staffs are all very friendly too! My stylist, Esa, is very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped my understand my hair and scalp type better and taught me how to care for it better. Great service 🙂

    Visited on a Saturday at around 4.30pm. My hair stylist (so sorry didn’t catch her name but she wore a hijab) was so sweet and made me comfortable. She cut my hair nicely and I am super satisfied with it 😊. She told me how to get nice curls. The other staff were nice as well.

    Tea as well as lotus biscoff was served. You can also opt for cold water.

    The salon is new and wonderfully decorated. Its located right beside Teo Heng, near the lift as well as the escalator that goes down to Food Republic and leads up to Cantine.
