    Never left a massage feeling less relaxed. Massage felt frantic and rushed not relaxing. After 20 mins I wanted it to be over.

    Joy and Ivy were wonderful professionals who really showed strength, technique and skill during the massage. Released all the knots and tension in our shoulders and legs, and managed the 60 min full body massage excellently! Thanks Han Dynasty!

    Called to make an appointment asking for 6 or 630pm. Receptionist kept telling me to come at 545pm when I’ve repeatedly informed that I finish work at 530pm and I cannot make it within 15mins. Once appointment was made, receptionist rudely said “OK bye” and hung up before I could say a word. I’m going to skip this appointment.

    Don’t waste my time on rude customer service.

    Quality is gone. Pro- they give you a nice tea and some dessert bowl.

    Con- setting not nice. Can hear some conversation in another room. The lady ask medium or hard. Request medium and the lady is doing a hard massage. If she is putting her body pressure into 1 thumb it’s hard. Just weird. Like 80 or 90 percent upper body and just leg is quick. You can tell they don’t care by the way the oil is applied.

    Anyway it’s a big slide in quality so I’m done with this place.

    Nice and beautiful renovated place! Masseurs are skillful and able to relieve all my muscle aches. Worth going!

    Worst massage ever encountered altho have been here many times. Disappointed that standards have dropped so much. Left after half an hour and rejected counter’s offer to refund.

    had one of the best massages of my life here under Ivy – she gives super strong tuina massages that really soothed my aches. of course be warned, her massages are super strong but she really did an amazing job with my neck and shoulder ache. would really recommend han dynasty and will definitely be getting my massages from Ivy 🙂

    Terrible experience. Booked slot in advance and they called every minutes to change and then when we were on the way they called again to say no room available. What is the point to book in advance? This is how they treat their customer?

    Went there today last min after doc’s appt. Receptionist was really quick to get me a masseur n I arrived in like 15mins. Two ladies at counter were really friendly, had some card issues but they were patient n attended to me n it was solved in matter of few mins! I made payment swiftly n was introduced to Lily e masseur. She has very good n experienced n taught me alot of ways to relieve stress. Would definitely go again with e same masseur again! Everything was done in perfect time! All in all great experience! This my 2nd time n I’m alrdy looking forward to e next visit!

    If you like strong Thai Massage, look for masseuse Joy. Really good authentic massage. Please tip her for her hard work if possible!

    Really enjoyed the 90min scrub + massage session. Couple room was quite large & comfortable (u can choose to have an attached shower room) Reasonable pricings too ?The masseuse was very good at identifying sore areas & applying correct pressures ? everybody was friendly & welcoming, which is an added charm for the already peaceful atmosphere?even after the massage session has ended, they never rush customers out of the room ? definitely a must try for those of u who haven’t been here ?

    Would give a 3.5 star actually. The air con is super super super cold. Didn’t get any water or tea. Overall experience.

    Paid a visit for the first time today because of the ongoing Sep promo for ladies and am really satisfied 🙂

    Lady at the counter is polite. My masseuse (Fiona) constantly checked if I was in pain or wanted her to exert more strength. She also massaged only shoulders/back as per my request. Very professional and thoughtful service, will definitely return!

    Also, they served ginger tea and a bowl of dessert after the massage. Location is also quite convenient, just a few steps away from “opp queensway shopping ctr” bus stop
