    I visited the Novena branch a few weeks ago after finding out about it via Fave app. Booking and treatment offered was all good – I liked the massage that they provided and the facilities were clean albeit small.

    However, my friend and I were misinformed by the manager during our treatment when she told each of us (who were separated during the massage) that the other had already requested for additional 15mins of cupping treatment. While I’m unsure if this was done deliberately, this news led both of us (separately) to agree to do the same, since we had to wait for each other anyway. When we talked about it after our treatment, we realised that neither of us had actually requested for it, but was told that the other had agreed to it and ended up paying $38 more each for the additional cupping treatment (which wasn’t very good anyway, as the marks didn’t last when it usually does when I go to other spas).

    We clarified these facts multiple times with each other and realised that we were duped. But alas, we had already made the payment and seems like nothing else could be done.

    I’m giving 2 stars as the normal massage treatment was good – but the business practices and cupping treatment was not.

    i went for a trial hydra facial last week, the place is comfy n clean. after the facial i feel there’s a change in my skin and my pores minimize quite a fair bit. The Manager and therapist was patient and i decided to sign a 10 time session of this hydra facial as i can see the visible result and the overall service is good.

    Hi the manager is friendly and nice, she is professional with good sales talk, love to chat with her. Very enjoy my treatment with nice and good manager and beautician. Jiayou all the pretty ladies.

    Manager is friendly, service is impeccable. Therapist techniques is very nice and manager is very professional. Good standard, would definitely visit again!

    The facial treatment is good but the managers like to force sell. Even when I told her I don’t want to buy more, she would not stop. It makes the whole experience very unpleasant.

    I don’t know about other outlets but my experience with this outlet is bad. They upsell during EVERY SINGLE SESSION and wasted my precious time to persuade me even though I was very firm (but polite) that I did not want an upgrade or take up their amazing discounts for yet another package. And when I got angry with the consultant’s persistence, she was rude and made snide remarks. Hello? I paid for my facial treatments, you know? I made an enquirer regarding upselling on their website but there was no reply whatsoever after 2 weeks. Seems like nobody cares. I can’t wait to finish using my package and stop visiting this annoying place. Their only saving grace is that the facial Therapists are generally all quite nice and polite.

    The 1st time u walk in, they are selling you their packages, after u bought their package and u thought that’s it. But, they keep promoting their packages to you for your subsequent visit. Keep convincing you to purchase more or upgrade despite you still have about 14 more sessions left. This is very annoying. ?‍♀️????
