    I was nearby about to walk to this Spa. After reading the reviews I sense that going to this place will be waste of time and money for a good nassage. Please do something about it.

    It’s really bad now as compared to previous experience. I’m a repeat customer of this place and it used to be great!

    My recent experience are as follows:
    1) Instead of seating at the main cinema area behind the counter we were led outside to another unit few shops away. The usual main cinema area seating was vacant.

    2) The “new” place was super noisy, can literally hear staff dispose off water from buckets, sounds of the washing machine/dryer and it was bright. Ambience just didn’t cut it to relax. Staff chat loudly with each other compared to the previous main venue where silence was observed.

    3) Overall massage was super rush and ROUGH. Instead of feeling relax you will feel super stressed up, it was intense in a bad way like someone is squeezing the life out of you for the shoulder massage. You’ll leave with an increased blood pressure and feel super exhausted instead of refreshed.

    It used to be a good place to go but spending close to $200 it was not worth it.

    Worst shoulder massage ever..the place was very noisy. Their standard dropped a lot and will never go there ever again.

    Just ended my massage, 730 pm, 25th dec 2022.

    Paid a premium for a foot massage. The masseuse i got had no pride in working. Came with 3 other friends, i started last, and ended first ?‍♂️.

    The worst thing. They kept talking among themselves. Come on. ?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️. I couldnt even sleep.

    This has been the worst night of my life.

    This spa promised 60 mins full body massage & what I got in return was just a normal back massage .

    That’s it.

    I have been into many spas & this was the worst experience ever I got. I asked for 50% refund and the manager just gave only 10% of it & he was justifying it. The masseuse was behaving friendly but I had never been cheated like this by anyone.

    Before entering into this spa – WHAT ALL ARE COVERED IN FULL BODY MASSAGE.

    Not some fancy schmancy spa, but it’s open till the wee hours of the morning and their foot massages are great.

    It was a great experience. The staff were very nice and did their best to accommodate despite them being very busy. They’ve pushed all my leg and feet pressure points, leaving me feeling refreshed after the session. Thank you Green Apple n_n.
