    My friend didn’t give her (“LISA”) a tip !!! & WE HAD THE MOST TRAUMATIC, STRESSFUL ENCOUNTER THE 2ND TIME. Will never patronise this chun tin outlet again !!!& will do my best to curse & swear abt the experience twice to ppl & refrain them from going there !!! Extremely bad incident !!!

    Average.

    Massages are dependent on your masseuse. Inconsistency in standards suggests there isn’t much quality control nor standards setting here. But at least the massages are still generally acceptable.

    Also, if you get the 60 minutes, they will try to up sell you to 90 minutes.

    The location is great however. Right outside the Beauty World MRT station.

    Went there for an hour full body Masssage.

    Massage was on point, been here at least twice so far any masseuse are highly skilled.

    Place is clean and relaxing as well.

    Only bad is staff love to talk among themselves even while massaging customer.

    Lastly wish the price would be abit lower haha

    I ve been planning to visit this spa for over 3 years now. But was a bit apprehensive due to some of the reviews. But when my regular place did not have a slot available, I decided to give Tang dynasty a try. I am glad I did

    The massage was a pleasant deviation from the recent reviews. It was professional and very effective. I like hard massages because my legs are generally sore from working out / running. I must say the therapist worked very hard and hit all the sore spots quite well. Communication was a challenge as I don’t speak Mandarin and the therapist knew only basic English. But it was made up by the great massage. Easily among the best massages I have had in Singapore till date.

    Good and quality service, recommend to call for booking. Couple room option available. The better therapist went back to China so got to try a few session to find suitable therapist.

    couple promo was affordable. $115 for 1hr. clean environment. masseuse were strong and professional. enquired about comfort level of their massage. shower cubicle avail in couple room. full duration of 1hr massage was given. shower time was not included in the 1hr which we appreciate. strongly recommend.

    Disappointed and wasted 1hr of my time. I booked couples massages for my spouse and me.

    1. When the masseuse entered the room, she asked my husband why we booked 60mins and that we should have gotten 90mins if we wanted a good massage. Tang Dynasty Massage should remove the option for 60mins massages if they are unable to provide decent service in the requested time.

    2. The lady who attended to me was rushing through the massage. She was going fast. Fast and strong are two different aspects of a massage. I had to repeat myself several times before she slowed down. Cue: slow down meant soft to her. I left the room with worse aches and muscles feeling tighter.

    3. After the end of the massage, the therapist did not cover my husband with a towel before leaving the room. She just opened the door and walked out. Unacceptable.

    I feedback to the lady at the counter about my experience. She apologized and said the staff’s English is not good. I hear her but I don’t accept the explanation. If your staff are unable to understand or communicate in basic English, then do not get them to attend to non-mandarin speaking customers.

    Wasted my money and time. I highly do not recommend the place to non-mandarin-speaking customers.

    Place was clean & comfortable, easily accessible by Beauty World MRT. Towels had a smell of freshness & massage room had a shower in it allowing patrons to shower after a oil massage.

    Overall good experience & will return

    Was served by Amy. Do not recommend at all. The entire hour was basically her pressing / rubbing really hard for 1 min followed by 5 mins of her just touching me really softly (basically not a massage) whilst falling asleep, waking up and pressing really hard again for an hour….

    She also forgot to massage 1 of my legs entirely…..

    I looked up a few times and saw her eyes closed…. she was already sleeping.

    When we told the receptionist, we were just told they were sorry and to avoid Amy next time. Was not offered a refund or even a discount for this terrible massage

    My friend has a massage by Jessie and said hers was excellent. So recommend booking Jessie in advance if you want to go.

    I went for a massage today at Bukit Timah branch about 7 pm. As there was no available slot for body massage, i opted for 1 hour foot reflexology. Was ushered to my sofa and the session started at 705 pm. 10 minutes into the session the front desk lady comes and said she made a mistake as she had another client booked a massage session at 7 pm and my session had to be cancelled as she needed my therapist for the other client. She said they would refund the money. I was really upset and explained that was not right. This woman from

    China could not understand English and kept on saying sorry and have to stop! As I did not want to make a scene, just left! Totally unprofessional conduct of the establishment and front staff. Will never go there again!!!

    Clean and good massages. However whenever I drop by for leg massages, u’ll see the resting masseuse resting alongside you on adjacent couches, playing with their hp, and on one occasion, burping like shes right at home after her meal.

    Cheap and good massages. Refined massages you’ll not get.

    However will still return.
