    Service is good with free chair massage n hot towel.Being first time the service was not rushing. But the pressure to sign up the package was overwhelming.

    They used uv light on my hands and feet without asking me or using gloves. When asked they said oh this is not harmful. We use every week. That’s quite irresponsible

    I was charged $151 for a Gel Mani and Pedi. Extremely expensive and in addition I was pressured by three ladies to sign for the whole year package which I politely refused. I was questioned again and again on why I should I sign up and even when I said I won’t be around in SG,I was then questioned where I am going and about my nationality. Nail technicians are not professional with constant chattering in Vietnamese and little did they know I understood what they were saying and they weren’t very pleasant things.

    All therapists are very professional and good at shaping and trimming cuticles. Nice environment. Eyelash extensions by Nani is very well done.

    Shop is in Poiz Centre, next to Potong Pasir Mrt. Make a right turn into shop lane after Watson shop. Shop run by Vietnamese-Foreign wives. Some are able to speak simple English n Chinese. The manicurist would serve u Vietnamese tea, warm towel followed by massage chair. Occasionally would try to sell products or buy packages. Used equipment to do gel polish, unsure if this is better than usual soak off n scrapping of old gel. Manicurists make efforts to provide good service for manicure n pedicure. End off with a nice neck n shoulder massage.

    Massage chair was good. Friendly and warmth pedicurist. They never push for sale, but made relevant suggestions which is entirely up to the patrons to purchase or not. I felt calm being in Concept Nailz. Keep up the good work!

    I did classic here. There is a promotion going on $66 for classic Mani and Pedi twice. So it’s about 33$ per visit. The service is good. What I really enjoyed is that they use hot towel to wrap around your hands and feet, it feels soooo good!! The staff will also do massage for me, a light one but very relaxing. Never really saw any nail spa has free massage. But be carefulC the staff may upsell or cross sell your things, perhaps out of their good will. I am very poor and didn’t have money to enjoy those.
