We had the most outstanding experience here. It was one of the most amazing massages ever received. My masseuse was Esti and she was very experienced with the hot stones and listened carefully to what was requested in regards to heat. We left this Spa feeling totally relaxed and well looked after. We very highly recommend this place, it is excellent.

The staff are very professional & knowledgeable. My therapist, Chona, was very friendly and skillful. She explained everything to me & made me feel comfortable. Will definitely be back! ??

Birthday Spa treat and my first time visit the Chi, the Healing Himalayan Hot Salt Stone massage was truly wonderful. I’ve been suffering from the shoulder/neck pain so instead of going for deep tissue massage which will surely make my body painful afterwards, the warm stones on my body was definitely a great decision. The warm stones plus the oil really released all the tension and relaxed my muscles. Oh and the add on collagen boost mask not only tightened my skin but also gave me a clear, bright face even without makeup on!

I have been coming to Chi on a monthly basis and had signature chi massage on every visit. The service experience and massage standard dropped with every visit including massage technique, customer draping, pre massage n post massage service. I have nothing against the massage therapist who was extremely pleasant and polite yesterday but she needs more training before attending to clients. The massage was jittery and lack of consistency and confidence. Those who regularly do massages especially Chi Signature massage can tell the difference and ultimately it will not reflect well on the spa. The bed warmer was also not working. Pre massage tea was cold. There wasn’t any post massage care advice either. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. When i feedback to the receptionist, I was told the massage therapist is new. I was told Chi has a standard training protocol, please ensure trainings are adequate and that the therapists are confident enough to manage clients and are familiar with the work processes before arranging for them to serve clients. They carry your brand.

Decided to leave a review as I had a hard time finding any review for Chi’s “Mum-to-Be Massage”! Hopefully this will help others who might be looking for this. ?

I am 7 mths pregnant and after calling the staff to confirm that it’s suitable for me to take on their mum-to-be massage, I went on with booking the couple massage room while my husband took on the aroma oil therapy.

Our couple room is equipped with individual bathroom and washroom. The beds were both heated prior to our arrival and they are adjustable!! My bed even came with a maternity pillow and bolster to allow me to lie on the side for the massage! The masseur was gentle but very on point and I almost drifted off toward the end as it was so comfortable!

Have to say I went on to take a risk to take a hotel premium massage instead of the official prenatal massage outside, but there’s definitely no regrets and I really love it! ????

Rejuvenating. 60mins Asian blend, moderate pressure as I can’t do those hard pressing type. Last min booking as someone cancelled. Best to book in advance. Rooms are big and overall atmosphere is very relaxing. Loved the heated pillow. Very pleasant experience from booking to actual massage to the end.
