    Buyer beware. Be sure to confirm pricing before agreeing to anything. They aggressively try to upsell you on everything little thing (like disinfectant in spa water). Pedicure ended up costing SGD$325. I expected a high procedure pedicure given the location at Marina Bay Sands, but this was ridiculously overpriced.

    Overall service was fine, but nowhere near worth the cost charged.

    Came here to pamper myself sure to dry cracked heels. Bought the spa Mani Pedi. The staff were extremely unprofessional and will choose to embarrass you by repeatedly pointing out to her colleagues and my cracked heels and how much work she has to put in to buff. A friend was with me and the staff would go at length to point out my dry feet. I came to resolved my dry feet issues and not pay that much to be ridiculed. Unless you have perfect hands and feet, don’t come here or else they’ll talk among themselves about you – loudly in front of you.

    Booked for Mani for my daughter and a Pedi and Mani for myself. When we turn up at MBS, staff claimed that some information was not given. Staff wasn’t friendly at all and very impatient. Asked for advice for some color, she straight away tell me ‘choose myself’ . Seriously maybe I booked for the first time trial that’s why I getting this kind of treatment?? If this is the case, why would I want to come back again!!! 3 days later… Color gel chip off. Malaysia standard last longer..super disappointed

    Poorly done pedicure – 30 sec massage and the staff is always trying to upsell. Made up a story about having calluses in order to avoid scrubbing the soles..

    Too expensive for the services they offer. Don’t fall for the upsell, it’s not worth it.

    Would not recommend. Waited for 45 mins despite being early for my appt. Did the gel pedicure and she barely filed the callus off . The employees were a little unfriendly and seemed annoyed to be working. Honestly, would expect better service for the price.

    FRAUD! Went for a quick mani and pedi (express) and even after saying that we don’t want any extra stuff, they still proceeded and charged extra. They even charged the full price for a manicure even it took less than 15 min.

    After complaining and checking on the price visibility they said that they would charge full price if they have to use the clipper. They used it on one finger and didn’t even inform about this rule!

    Fraud on every level!

    There are so many hidden costs! Please avoid this place!

    I had my nails done yesterday, they did it pretty well and very fast. But they dried my nails with the machine for maybe 30 minutes…today I saw 2 of the girls using the restroom and they didn‘t wash their hands..so ugly. Don‘t recommend them.

    This was a horrible experience. I got a manicure and pedicure and the staff scam me out to paying an over price for the manicure and pedicure and their fake products. The lady that was doing my nails said I that I had nail fungus so she can upsell me their anti fungal products. I do not have nail fungus and it’s disgusting for the nail tech to lie so she can sell me their fake products. This establishment needs to close down so other people will not get rip off and taking advantage of by the deplorable staff at Buff nails.

    I’ve been doing nails with Alice for a couple of years. She is meticulous and very friendly too! She goes the extra mile and is always ensuring that I’m mighty pleased with my nails. She also does not hesitate to edit/make changes to the design on my nails if I point out anything. I am very grateful to have her as my manicurist! ❤️

    Together with Lynn (Wisma outlet) and Madeline (Mbs outlet), they are the reason why I always top up my packages. Highly recommended! ?

    I did single colour manicure and pedicure, totally overpriced, did not understand why it added up to SGD 1600 when I paid the bill. (Including some after care products which i dont know if its gonna work) Staff asked me to try this try that during service, even every single coat they charged, hand scrub they charged, even the bath bomb used for cleaning feet they charged. Remember to ask for the price before coming to this place.

    I’ve had a package at Buff’d for about two years. While the service is good, they are unable to honor appointment times. Every single time I make an appointment I am asked to wait 20-30 mins.

    When this package expires I will not renew due to the long wait times with appointments.
