    Please do not sign up any services packages with them. I signed up for packages with them but all the therapists left. Was not happy with the eyelash extensions services done by the new therapist and requested to change to do other services. They demand to pay additional $500 just to change to other services, with the excuse of paper transfer. What a scam!

    Felicia is super patient and does a perfect set of extension for me every time I visit. As my natural lashes are slightly problematic, Felicia is experienced and patient to make sure I get a set of lush, fluffy lashes each time! I have been with Browtisan for many years and value their service. The rooms are clean and booking system hassle free. They also made sure to send reminders before each appointment.

    Renee has been helping me with eyelash extension for 3rd time. Both side of my eyes and original lashes are not symmetrical hence it requires patience and skills to carefully adjust and balance them out. Renee has done it well and provides good service.

    Been coming here to do my eyelash extension with Renee. She is really experience and patience. So far, I am pleased with my lash extension with her and I would say her lash extension is lasting too!

    Do yourself a favour and do not do business with this company. I purchased a package from them from an outlet that has now closed down, and they did not even offer the option of a refund. Taking them to small claims court.

    This is my first experience with Browtisan for eyebrow embroidery. I have tried other beauty place before but just couldn’t find a right one till I came to Browtisan! The staff recommended me what would suit me and ensured I was comfortable with it before proceeding with the embroidery. Really satisfied with everything, Thank you Browtisan once again for making my experience a wonderful one 🙂

    Did microblading and eyelash extension here recently. This new team after Coco’s departure is a complete disaster. Microblading was so-so but hated the eyelash extension – plain ugly and poorly done. Also, their front desk/recep/service is non-existent. Bad experience. Wouldn’t even give it 1 star if I could help it.

    I had my eyebrows embroidered by Sandra and after completing the entire course (initial embroidery and 2 touch up sessions) I can say I am very happy with the results throughout each stage. She is very meticulous, friendly and professional.

    I love my brows!!! Decided to get my brows done using their promo for first-time customer. My brows were done under the hands of Felicia and she was so meticulous and thorough. Honestly 10 mins in I already know that I am in good hands. I end up paying more than what was intended but no regrets reallyyyy.

    Been here for eyelash extension and the set was by far the longest lasting I’ve had. Came back again for my virgin try on brows embroidery because Daisy(highly recommend her) has been very professional in what she do. Both services were painless with very minimum irritation throughout the process!

    Love this place. The staff here are really cute. Also, I came in with an odd request and they were very open about it. My brows are now exactly how I wanted them to be. Great service and result! All thanks to Felicia from the plaza sing outlet!!

    I have been with browtisan for about 4 years and I love the excellent service by coco and the team especially my beautician chris , she is a very professional and very detailed in her work. She helped my skin improve greatly and She is also attentive to all my needs. I know I’m in good hands under her care. Thank you Chris! ?
