    Amber was my brow specialist, very friendly and fast. Theres no hard selling and the rest of the other staff there are also very efficient.

    I was served by an experience beautician Sheenan. Not only she is good on eye lashes extension work she knows what is suitable for each customer eyes and give good recommendation. Many people praise my eye lashes extension was natural. Good work Sheena keep it up ! P

    Now run by crooks. Lied about outlet being closed for renovation in spite of numerous clarifications. Requested for a refund of my package since the outlet closed ONE day after I signed. Consultant used management as an excuse to refuse. Beware of their financial situation. They may be in distress and you’ll see your money washed down the drain.

    I have been with Browtisan for several years. Quality of service is maintained regardless of the beauty specialist assigned. I would recommend Faye as she has been performing lash extensions for me. She is meticulous and gentle with the solution when she soaks off extensions off my eyelashes which is an important skill I look for. She is my preferred beauty specialist!

    Felicia is my therapist for facial and lash treatment . She is very thorough in all treatments and never compromises in hygiene. Every treatment with her is a very pleasant experience .

    Do yourself a favour and do not do business with this company. I purchased a package at an outlet of theirs that has closed down and they did not even give me the opportunity to have my package refunded. I am taking them to the small claims court.

    Browntisan isn’t as good as it used to be. The company is sold and management staff changed. The receptionist there is inexperienced and has an attitude problem. Coco (the previous owner), who was previously a good trainer, had left the company, as well as all her trainees. Everyone should consider before going there.

    Realized that the business was sold to New Dreams. No wonder all the usual staff are gone. Heard Coco left too. I signed a eyebrow touch up package last year for Coco. Not sure what to do as another reviewer mentioned that all these packages are non refundable. Should have learnt from previous other cases on signing up beauty packages.

    Do not dump in your hard earned money by signing up more packages with Browtisan. Since the previous team Collyn have left due to differing management styles, Coco assured me that she will take on my brow package. Now that Coco has also left Browtisan, there is no exiting therapist who on par with Coco to continue this service. I cannot even cancel the package. The salon experienced very high turnover due to poor management. The exiting partner ( the staff called him uncle) does not treat the staff with respect. Have been using abusive words to scold the staff making the team very afraid of him.

    Our feedback to staff will not be escalated to him as no dare to feedback to him.

    The replacement therapist hired are not well trained to perform all services .

    Coco used to train the new therapist to ensure that they are trained well enough before they can perform the services.

    Now that Coco is not around, more staff will resign. The existing partner will ignore our voices, customer service is his least priority.

    Chris from Browtisan Delfi Orchard is superb, precise and patient. She is a friendly and checked with me several times if it hurt during the microblading process for my brows. And, she knew exactly what to do after telling her my lashes preference. I’ve impressed on the result of my brows embroidery and lashes extension. Thank you and see you soon =)

    Chris is a very professional and patient beautician who took her time in making sure that everything is perfect. She explained the aftercare of my embroidery and followed up via texts to make sure that it was healing well. She also reminded me to come back for touch up and she spent just as much time with the touch up as she did the initial embroidery. She also paid very close attention to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Thank you, Chris!

    Peggy has been very friendly and professional doing my eyelash. Always so gentle and no discomfort while doing it. It’s a one stop service with facial too! 🙂
