    Disappointing first visit, please visit if you’re looking forward for an unethical sales tactic and a bill shocked.

    The service and quality of products was subpar and disappointing.

    The manicurist suggest for “hygiene” purpose, it will be best if, I purchase a set of brand new kit. ($300 ++ for the kit, prices wasn’t communicate until the bill came)

    Isn’t a SOP to sterilize all your equipment? Why does purchasing new kit seems to be more hygienic?

    I do not need a any form of response, hoping our reviews will save some of the reader from bill shocking.

    Been doing my nails treatment here for quite long. Really appreciate Qiqi how she really take good care of my nails cleaning process and others as well. Very friendly and comfortable place for a good nails treatment. Will always come back again!

    Went in for a pedi with my mum and sis. Throughout the whole treatment, they constantly tried to add on extra’s without telling us that it is at an additional cost. They convinced my mum to do gelish instead of a normal colour and when we went to pay, we were surprised at the huge jump in price from $38 to $100+. We normally go to another nail salon (which only charge $68 for gelish pedi) but saw this place and decided to try. Be warned and don’t be fooled by their price list (which is standard pricing in SG) because they will push and add things (sea salt, OPI scrub, quick dry etc) and turn a normal $38 pedi into one that cost double or triple the price. The whole experience at Pixie left a sour taste in our mouths, and we will def not be back.

    I signed a package with them as I needed a nice relaxing place to chill but it ended up to be a stressful place to be in.Every session I went has resulted a lot of stress and anger.The manicurist will ask you to add on things and extend ur package with some fancy packages to get you to extend your package with them.

    Very bad service always try to trick customer to pay more. I bought a package and everytime I come it they will always try to trick me that my package is not complete and need to pay more. Don’t come here

    I went and had my nails done with my elderly mother. I had to leave before my mum’s treatment for another appointment and so left my mum behind in the nail salon to finish up. Before leaving I went to pay and told the lady at the till that I will be paying for both my treatment and my mother’s and she pointed out in the invoice the breakdown of my treatment and my mums. Later in the evening when I saw my mum I learned that they said to her that I did not pay for my treatment and they made my mum pay for it. I feel that they double charged us and they should not have made my mother pay for someone else’s treatment. I will not be going back to them or recommend them to anyone.

    My rating is for Mandy at pixie nails who was extremely meticulous and genuine. If ur looking for pedicure or leg waxing service you should ask for her.

    the consumer association need to step in to observe this company’s practice. The 1st sale pestered me to sign a package and I refused to do it. Then the 2nd sales came and offered me discount and I refused it again. Following the manager came and get me to sign the package. Didnt I said that I do not want it?

    Went there for meni pedi. This is the worst nails salon I ever went. Not only the job done was lousy, cuticles were not properly removed, at the end of the job they conned me to pay more for the top coat which they said is quick dry, long lasting, more shine than the normal top coat.
    The extra money paid only to last until second day after that the polish started to chipped or peeled off.
    The nail polish used was also unknown brand to me, the bottle looks likr OPI but they are not.

    They tried to sell me package. Luckyly I didn’t fall into their trap.

    Stay away from this shop at all.
