    Kelly and Mindy are very professional and helpful. They ensure your needs are met and make you feel relax and comfortable. I enjoy every time I’m there and look forward to the next one.

    For Fave voucher user: Pls make your appointment at least 3 hours earlier although not specified in the fine print and no customer in the shop.

    Manager is with 0 interest for voucher user.

    I booked 7pm and waited half an hour before they start to service me.. the stuff who helped me with my nails is extremely slow and every time some other customers went to pay a bill/buy a package – she will go over and watch for fun; I booked something at 830pm and end up being late for it. My nail started to come off A FEW HOURS after the treatment… attaching a picture I took 2 days after the treatment. P.S, it’s more EXPENSIVE than you thought – lots of add on cost that they charge secretly

    My local nail place to go to!

    I have tried several nail places in SG and this one has been the best in terms of quality, service and price. It is not a fancy place, but clean enough, prices are fair and the ladies are very professional and friendly. They always have a same day slot (I never had to wait). Of course its an Asian style place: decoration, less luxurious than others and they will try to add services to your pedi/mani but they only tried the first time with me and now they don’t. Did my wedding and honeymoon gelish there and they lasted forever and were perfect.

    OMG i just got my nails done and I felt like i was held hostage at this place! they kept hard-selling me to the point where i started getting stressed and flustered. the ladies who did my pedi and mani stood on either side of my chair and kept asking me to buy the package. i have never experienced such a hard sell in my life. I was also getting late for my meeting, when i went to pay at the counter they wouldnt even let me pay and kept talking about buying the freaking package. WHAT EVEN!!!! Please dont treat your customers as numbers if they show that they’re not interested you cant stress them out to the point of them buying the package. I ended up saying htat im late for a meeting and that was not well recieved by them. they then relunctantly accepted my payment for today. BTW they totally have hidden costs too. my bill was sO much more than i actually saw on the sheet because they have costs like cutting cuticles extra $10 or putting soap in the pedi bath for $15!!!!!!

    DONOT recommend this place at all. NEVER GOING BACK

    The ladies here are really meticulous in their service. Kelly and Jiahui have been taking really great care of nails all this while. Furthermore, Jiahui does awesome nail art too!

    I’ve never been a regular at any nail salon but I have become a regular at this outlet. The staff here are all super friendly and competent. They usually would recommend appropriate packages and are priced for value. It is perfectly ok to say no if you experience ‘hard selling’.

    Came in for an express mani. I give 5 stars for being, to date, the only salon (and specifically this branch) that actually files off the little bits of thin nail that cling under your nail tips after filing. Most places just leave it.

    Eh, you’ll get the usual “you sure you don’t want (more expensive option)” but it’s not as bad as other places can be.

    Jia Hui is fantastic in her nail services. She has a pair of steady hands and her nail arts are always impressive. She delivers quality nail services with the desired speed.

    Have been with Chinatown Point branch for several years. Staffs there are friendly, and feel comfy too, especially JiaHui, gentle and attentive too. Greatly recommended!

    Been pixie customer for a few years now and since done my manicure/pedicure with many branches. Thus far, Chinatown branch gives me the best impression, especially in terms of timeliness, customer service and quality of work (lasting). Keep up the good work ?

    I have been following Jia Hui from the time when she was in the Jurong Point outlet till when she has shifted to the Chinatown outlet notwithstanding that I don’t live near town at all. She is my favourite manicurist. Her skills are of top notch quality and I simply love the nails that she painted for me. She is also very professional and is always willing to go the extra mile for her customers. Thumbs up!
