    I went to the saloon without appointment on a Saturday afternoon. It was so nice that they accommodated me and my kid. Ah Ri did hair cut and wash for my kid. She was so good with my kid. Though she couldn’t speak much of English she engaged with my kid so nicely that my kid was free enough to cut the hair.
    GT did my hair cut, colouring and scalp treatment. He did so well. After finishing, I was in a WOW state. He very well accommodated with the time I gave him. The experience was fantastic.

    Great experience with Su-A, it’s my 3rd visit. This time after assessing my hair condition, she suggested not perm but hair treatment plus cut. In the end she still managed to achieve the C curl effect I want, and my hair looks shiny and bouncy again. Truly amazing work!

    It was a great experience with Ah Ri. Even though she’s new but she is definitely professional and experienced. She’s not that bilingual in English but she makes every effort to communicate and ensures a comfortable experience for clients. I was unsure what type of haircut/perming I should do and she gave recommendations based on my hair thickness/face&head shape. She is very meticulous and gave attention to every detail. I appreciate how she taught me to set my curls. I love the end result so much.

    It’s my second visit to the salon and I requested for Su-a to cut my hair as the previous stylist Taeri had left.

    I’m very happy with the cut by Su-a and will definitely go back to her again. It’s not easy to cut my hair as it’s fine and not thick. She gave my hair volume with her professional cut. The cut looks great on me from all angles! Thank u Su-a!

    I just gotten a male perm haircut by Ms Ah Ri this afternoon, and the result is really good! She also explain to me each details of the hairstyle and how does it suitable for me, she even suggested and help me to trim my eyebrow to make it more decent which is not most of the hairstylist will do it. Well done Ms Ah Ri and thank you for today!

    I won a giveaway for Korean scalp therapy & hair treatment.

    Firstly, I had to reschedule the appointment due to last minute work matters. The receiptionist was very understanding and accommodating. I appreciate their kind gesture.

    When I arrived at the saloon, I was served by Andy. I enjoyed the scalp massage portion. It took away all my worries and frustration. Andy was very meticulous. He would check with me on the suitability of water temperature and the pressure he applied during the scalp massage. It was a great experience! I would love to try their other hair services the next time.

    didn’t catch the name of my hair stylist but they rushed me in on a 30 minute notice and time constraint; still delivered an excellent perm and haircut. highly recommend

    Non experience hairdresser at all. She didn’t ask me about anything because she didn’t speak English. This is not her fault it’s manager’s responsibility if you are having an international guest you have to take care about how to communicate to him. The hair cut was a totally disaster, they gave me a 20% discount but this is not the solution. Such a bad experience

    I booked SuA and she made me wait for 40 mins. Looks like she is more interested to get more customers instead of providing good service. I changed to another stylist and the cutting process only takes 20 min. All of these cost me 75.

    I started to come to this salon since 2017 and the service quality has been dropped dramatically. Definitely will not come any more.

    Su-A is my stylist since 1.5 years ago.. She transformed my frizzy dry thick hair to easy to manage hair! Most of my friends praised her after they went to her- She was meticulous, knowledgeable & skilled! Definitely a master of her trade! Unlike my previous stylists, Su-A does her work with so much pride and genuinity, giving suggestions if she thinks what I want is not suitable or damaging.. I love how she opines what is good than just follow what I wanted, and oftentimes, resulting with great satisfaction!! She cuts really well & precise too! Even when she had several customers, she would not rush/be sloppy. She will still take time to do it nicely, which was a big thumbs up! Really impressed with her professionalism. This is also why i don’t mind waiting a little for her, though it rarely happen.. Su-A is a truly talented stylist with outstanding skills! Im sure she will not disappoint any! Thank u Su-A! 🙂

    I’ve been with SuA for over two years, which is a huge testament to her skills, as I’ve never been loyal to my hair stylists prior to this!

    SuA is a professional who understands what suits you best, and what works well for your level of maintenance. She has a keen eye for style, doesn’t recommend anything unnecessary (unlike some places who may hard sell), and will always have your best interest at heart.
    She doesn’t rush through the process and gives you her 100% on the job.

    I always feel at ease whenever I visit her, and my hair in her good hands.

    Highly recommend, SuA!

    Su-A did a wonderful perm for me and felt fresh from the new shorter style S/C curl mix, and she’s very meticulous and hands on to make sure that every steps were well taken care of personally. Very professional and she even gave me tips to maintain my curls. Even followed up to see if everything was okay the next day! Kamsahamida

    Su-A has been my go-to hairstylist since 2021 and is always consistent with the level of professionalism and technique. She never fails to deliver the style that I am looking for and is always super helpful in teaching me how I should style my hair.

    I know I can always trust her when she is cutting and styling my hair for me.

    If you’re looking for the best salon to give you a glamorous & fabulous haircut…this is it! GT (his nickname) is from Korea. He’s really good. Great skills, nice personality and super friendly and humble. Recommended. I’ve been patronizing the salon for some time but 1st time with GT…previously with Elin who’ve returned to Korea. She was great too. Ask for GT…bring a bottle or two of Jinho soju and just have a good time there.🎊👍🥂

    Have been following Sua for awhile and always enjoyed her haircut, perm and colour. Also brought my mom here to do updo and Sua never disappoints! She is so sincere and professional 😊

    I’ve been with Zinc since Orchard Central days and moved to Millenia Walk after OC branch closed. Although prices increased along the way (and there is the GST charge) and reviews from others seemed to have dropped these few years, I stayed on as I liked my hairstylist. But the customer experience with booking appointments on WhatsApp has really been lacklustre for my past few attempts… and I finally decided to leave Zinc recently. While appointments can be hard to book due to availability, they did not show any enthusiasm in trying to suggest alternatives or in keeping you. Thinking back, the service and vibes experienced at the salon itself is probably not worth the price too. It would be good if they can review various aspects of what they’ve been offering.

    Have been with Zinc for almost 6 years now for my hair rebonding + treatment and cut! Love the service and quality!! Nicky is amazing with his service and very attentive, Meu is also a budding young stylist with great skills! Highly recommend 🙂 honestly the best studio in Singapore 👍🏻
