    A place with serious hygiene issue. I literally ran out mid of procedure because I saw tools like nail clippers stored with other people’s clipped nails and trashes also it was covered with dead skin cells. They really need to pay more attention to hygine. I have never seen so many clipped nails in my life

    Speaking only in Chinese and ‘shoo-ing’ a potential (I’m Indian) away by saying no space. I wasn’t even allowed to ask a question. Sad!!

    Fiona is a very committed, competent and courteous worker. She is very detailed in her service and that makes me extremely satisfied. She is definitely the best saloon staff

    Very pushy sales. To sell higher package, consultation was not done based of my needs. I felt it was all based on what package they want to sell. Very disappointed. First, they asked me if I’m interested in 5,000 dollars package… it was my first time visit. How come can I be so confident to buy 5000 dollars package… I won’t recommend you to go there.

    Head Detox: Renbon, She very ? with massage techniques n like ? her service too.

    The stem cell scalp treatment really work well on my grey hair and hair loss.
    I am pleased to note that my grey hair is gradually turning darker and volume has increased after every treatment, thanks to the scalp specialist Vivien chan and hair manager Jess who are very detailed and caring, highly recommended for those who experience greying hair and hair loss.? Affordable prices ??

    One of the a Chinese staff do the manicure for me and she is really professional and attentive! (Forgot to ask name )

    Trimming and coating skill are really good. Overall acceptable hard sell… if have chance will visit again

    Very bad experience, my first time here for a haircut after seeing their $9.90 promotion from Instagram. Hairstylist was nice at the start and very pushy towards the end. Told them I will consider to sign their package in the future once I finished my current package from another salon and his attitude turned hostile immediately.

    Definitely will not recommend anyone to pay them a visit, even with the promotion.

    To the management, if you think you can’t offer haircut service at promotional price, then don’t do it. It’s not cool to attract customer to pay a visit and then making them feel obliged to sign your package.
