    After doing my hair treatment with my consultant Kim at Tiong Bahru my hair condition had improved significantly. Friends and relatives around observed that my hair was indeed getting better. Kim was very experienced treating my scalp and provide haircut when requested. I personally like how silky and straight my hair feel each time after the treatment! A thumb up to Kim and her team!

    I had HORRIBLE hair washing experience with Yun Nam TB branch today. They washed my hair for 8 rounds with 2 rounds of hair dry and it’s still not clean, they said is the hair serum that I used caused my hair oily hence it can’t be washed off. And the funny thing is only the portion of the hair is stain with oil, and the other part of hair is clean. This is the first time I heard that hair oil can’t be washed off. Hahaha! It’s a joke of the day! They wanted to wash the final round and I told them I wil wash myself. I went home and wash one round ONLY with my own shampoo and the SILICON oil completed washed off. I don’t think ur specialist is aware that YN shampoo contains silicon which it used to smoothen the hair and at the same time it risk the customers’ hair stained with silicon oil. I have lost confidence in YN washing my hair. I wil stil continue with my treatment there but no more hair washing for me. I doubt should I be continue to use YN’s shampoo. Thanks YN for ur “good” and “professional” service
