    This is my 3rd session and I thought the service will improve but turns out everyone here seems very gloomy and unfriendly. They speak impolitely and doesn’t give the positive vibes to customers.

    Everyone here looks like they are being forced to work. Unfortunately they seem to be working for only one consultant’s customers. Makes me wonder if the leads are being given fairly to others. This could be the reason to the staff attitude towards customers?

    Though I tried to make friendly conversations, disappointed to realise the staff can only reply cut and short answers with pouty face. Completely not interested to make any efforts.

    When the staff dropped the back of my earring bcz she pulled the headband hard, she did not even bother to apologise. Instead she educated me to wear it tighter.

    I’m glad I only signed up for 3 sessions (+1 trial). Will definitely not return here and definitely wouldn’t recommend this brand.

    Mico is my consultant at Plaza Singapura outlet and I always enjoyed my treatment sessions with her. She’s very professional and detailed in her consultation. She’s always very fun-loving and friendly which makes the sessions more enjoyable. I have seen improvement for my hair issues with her help and would recommend her to anyone with hair problems.

    I really highly do not recommend going to them at all. Customer service is very poor, unresponsive and worst of all. Hard sell. They will treat you very nice when they are trying to sell you their service, even treatment was very good. When you decide not to continue buying package from them, subsequent service is so bad. My last treatment, I left the shop with my hair still quite wet. I still have treatments left with them, never bother to follow up, never bother to reply my message. So disappointed with them and the treatment is not even cheap in the first place. Avoid at all cause

    eve and shirley were very nice! Did the free hair treatment for first timers , and brought my boyfriend…. Both were very thorough in the consultation, slight hardselling but understandably so for these businesses! Would come back if the services were slightly less expensive. Almost $400 for treatments is insanity! But again, eve and shirley were great 🙏 lady at the reception (im assuming shes the boss, ponytail, mask) were saying to the two ladies in mandarin to hardsell, and pester us for a google review right then and there…. She was a little rude in communicating to her employees as well . But thank you eve and shirley! U guys were great

    I had a poor experience at the outlet. The consultant was unfriendly, and my scalp is more dry after the treatment.

    The consultant recommended a treatment solution for oily scalp that consists of “water, alcohol denat, ginger and sodium benzoate.” Alcohol denat is toxic alcohol used in hand sanitizer known to cause dryness. My scalp wasn’t that oily

    When I told the consultant post-treatment that the “remedy” contains alcohol denat which made my scalp dry, she said “alcohol denat is fermented ginger” before i could finish my sentence.

    It was not though, I told her what’s alcohol denat. She then said my scalp was so oily that she needed to use that to unblock the pores.

    but my scalp was not that oily though, I knew it because i knew my scalp 🙁

    Also the consultant kept telling me how bad my scalp was throughout the analysis. I recognized that as a dishonest sales tactic employed by beauty constants to increase anxiety in their customers.

    I said nah the alcohol denat was toxic alcohol same as the substance in hand sanitizer. and the consultant was defensive as she also saw my scalp looked worst than pre-treatment.

    Overall quite a funny and unsatisfied experience, and i’m on my way home yo salvage my scalp now!!!

    I had a pleasant shock when I first knew about my hair loss and that was when I took to yun nam to slow down the progress of my dead fall. When I got there the service was quick and efficient with Ann Yan settling most of my treatment which was relaxing and cooling. I have purchased a package and would look forward to future treatments. Ps I hope they would give me freebies after my purchases 😋
