    Tried the trial and the service and experience was great. The place is tidy and clean and service was swift! Free drink and biscuits which is small token but I didn’t experience at other trials, so it’s a thoughtful touch. Thanks alot to Amos, he was very friendly and professional.

    All of customer service at VVK Lot One are very nice and knowledgement, especially Oscar (my customer care ) , he always give me a best service of hair treatment and have some joking for me to relax after from work.

    I recently visited Yun Nam Hair Care at Lot One, and honestly, the entire experience was extremely unpleasant and disappointing. It all started when I signed up for their $28 trial package.

    When I arrived, they conducted a scalp scan and immediately started making alarming comments about how “jialat” my scalp condition was due to oil buildup. While I do know I have an oily scalp, their reaction made me feel unnecessarily worried, as if my hair was beyond saving unless I took immediate action.

    My consultant, whose name I believe was Oscar, then proceeded to show me various treatment packages, and the entire interaction felt aggressively sales-driven. He was extremely pushy, continuously suggesting different packages and insisting that I needed them. When I expressed concerns about the pricing—because honestly, $200 per treatment is ridiculous—his response wasn’t to acknowledge my budget but instead to suggest installment plans via Atome, as if that would magically make it affordable.

    I felt trapped in the conversation, as if I had no choice but to agree to their convincing. The pressure was intense, and I found myself reluctantly agreeing to an additional two sessions for a whopping $380+. That’s a crazy amount to spend on just two treatments, and in hindsight, I regret caving in. Given the price, I expected at least decent service, but that was far from the case. The front desk staff and consultants had this judgmental attitude, and I could tell they were gossiping among themselves. so toxicc…

    Fast forward to my final session, and I had already decided that I wouldn’t be continuing with their services. After the initial part of the session, a different staff member (I believe her name is ella) brought me into the scanning room again to check my scalp. She pointed out some supposed ongoing issues telling me that if I didn’t address the problem now, it would worsen and lead to my hair falling out???

    I get that they’re professionals and might know more than I do, but the problem wasn’t their diagnosis—it was how they used it as a sales strategy. She persistently pushed more packages, starting with a five-session bundle, then increasing it to eight sessions at the same price, then back down to three sessions, and finally, an “upgrade” to my last session and then adding another one. I made it very clear that the total cost was my main concern,but instead of acknowledging that, she simply brushed it off and said, “Oh, you can use Atome installment plan, every month just $60 only.” What kind of response is that? so pekcek ehhh wahh…

    I spent so much time sitting there just listening to her sales talk, going in circles, all just to conclude that I wasn’t going to continue. And let me tell you, rejecting them was not easy. She kept trying, even saying things like, “Huh, you’re just going to leave your hair like that?” and “One month just find $50?” The audacity was unreal.

    To make it worse, she even started prying into my personal life, asking what I worked as. What does my job have to do with anything?

    When I finally put my foot down and refused again, her whole demeanor changed. She immediately dropped the fake friendliness, stopped smiling, and gave me a black face as if I had personally offended her. It was so obvious that her entire attitude was dependent on whether she could secure a sale. The whole environment was toxic, and instead of feeling like a valued customer, I felt like just another sales target to them.

    Overall, this experience was beyond unpleasant. The way they manipulated and pressured me into spending money was downright unethical. Instead of genuinely helping customers with their hair concerns, they are more focused on pushing expensive packages using scare tactics. I would never go back, and I wouldn’t recommend Yun Nam Hair Care to anyone unless you’re prepared for an aggressive, uncomfortable, and overpriced experience.

    Love the deep cleanse hair treatment at Lot One with Amos, he’s so friendly and professional, face any hair issue like hair loss, thinning etc can book a trial to have a hair scan, solve your hair issue early

    This is my first time to come for hair care. The front desk staff is very friendly. He told me that my consultant is Oscar. After a brief conversation with me, he helped me do a scalp scan. After that, he explained to me the knowledge of scalp health. After that, he took me to do scalp care. He washed my hair first and said that I must wash my scalp when washing my hair, otherwise it will not be clean, which will affect many problems later. During the shampooing process, he also helped me massage my scalp. It was very good👍🏻. After that, he put herbs🌿 on my head to steam. During the steaming process, the smell of herbs became stronger and stronger, and my scalp was also hot. After the care was finished, Oscar took me to wash my hair. He also asked me if the smell was too strong, he could help me shampoo one more time. This is very thoughtful. After washing my hair, we did a scalp scan this time. The scalp was really much cleaner, but the hair still had a faint herbal smell, which was acceptable. It was a good experience. Great, I will come back for scalp care‼ ️

    From the first day, I entered Yunnam Hair Care Center with a trial mindset to inquire about my scalp condition from an experienced consultant. My consultant Cassie, patiently explained my scalp condition and informed me about the necessary treatments. She clearly explained the duration of the treatments. It has been more than three months now, and my scalp condition has significantly improved. Cassie checks my scalp every few sessions to ensure that my scalp health is good. Compared to before, my hair loss situation has greatly improved, with hair fall now at a normal level. My scalp is also less oily, and my hair feels thicker and stronger, not falling out easily when I comb it.

    Thanks to my consultant Cassie, I now have a healthy scalp and hair after these three months. The environment is comfortable, and the receptionists are very friendly and service-oriented. The consultants here are also very kind and attentive, making me feel very comfortable coming here. I will continue to maintain and improve my scalp health

    I have been with yunnam hair health center for two years. My consultant Cassie, I feel safe leaving my scalp to her 👍 She is a very patient consultant who takes care of my scalp. She explained everything I didn’t understand one by one and taught me how to solve the current scalp condition. Thanks to my consultant Cassie, my current scalp condition is getting better and better👍. At the same time, I will also introduce my family and friends who have scalp problems to go to Cassie to check their scalp condition. I am very grateful to Cassie for her sincere service. The other staff (Candice, Kerry, Ella, Oscar, Amos, Jayden, Abby, Kerlin, Jamie, Madeline, Sarah) are also very friendly. Whenever I go for scalp care, they will greet me and smile when they see me. The service environment is very comfortable~~~

    Excellent customer service that I received during my visit. The professionalism and friendliness exhibited by staff Jamie made me feel welcome and at ease from the moment I stepped in.     First time visit. My consultant Oscar has been attending to my hair health. He is professional and well skilled. He explained details about my hair condiition and the steps to take care my hair. Facing hair drop problem recently, hopefully after the treatments it will reduce my hair loss issue. Love the deep cleanse hair treatment. I feel my hair smoother and lighter.
