    This experience was amazing and will definitely recommend this to my friends. The front desk people were very friendly and joyful. Joy Yeoh the consultant was very specific about the treatments and explained every detail clearly and her service was excellent. Love it and would definitely want her to be my consultant on my next visit.❤️

    First time coming here , very wonderful service. Would like to complement the consultant joy for helping me with my treatment very gentle. And also annie the outlet manager who explained to me very detailed to me and making sure that i understand on how to take care of my scalp with my current concern.she is very responsive and making me comfortable with every question i asked.
    Lastly thank you everyone from kovan for being very friendly and professional:)
    My scalp now feel very fresh and clean

    The manager Annie is always there to do hard selling of their hair care services even if your hair has improved a lot, she will claimed there are other hair issues where you will need to continue signing packages with them. This time, they claimed it was my sensitive scalp issues, and previously all haircare sessions were meant for hair growth only. However, my itchy scalp condition has been there, and not day 1 issue. Although I have make myself very cleared this time I am done with it, and I will not be continuing, she will then gave discouraging comments like your hair will probably turn to the worse again if you continue your maintenance with other vendors outside. She would claimed others are using “not so good herbs” as what yun nam provides thus they are more expensive. To me, it is just branding issue. My previous hair consultant Peggy is an understanding hair consultant and willing to hear your comments. Despite my scalp has been overly sensitive, she would tried her best to see how she can help improved my scalp condition. Too bad, she was no longer with the company. There rest of the hair consultants are friendly too except for Annie.

The scalp massage during the treatment was absolutely heavenly, helping to stimulate circulation and promote hair growth while soothing any tension I had built up in my neck and shoulders.

    The overall experience of Yunnam scalp care is great, especially the service attitude provided by Peggy and Elle.

    Peggy and Elle were very attentive, patient and highly professional during the service process. During the consultation and care process, they will patiently listen to customers’ needs and provide personalized care suggestions to help customers solve scalp problems.
