    Came in for the $28 trial.

    Everything was pretty good actually until they (Jessica and Sally) got a bit too pushy. Complete turnoff. Also kept pestering me to complete the feedback since during the treatment! Haven’t even finished the treatment, but must give feedback?

    Put that aside, after they explained to me the packages, I was honestly keen and about 70% there. Needed some space to consider of course no matter what.

    Customers who come in know they have a problem. Yes, we also know that there are packages and such. But to be extremely pushy after the whole thing was just a big no-no. The sincerity feels lost suddenly.

    Aside from this, the initial walking-in felt very welcoming. I enjoyed the treatment as well actually. Place was very comfortable too. Too bad I won’t be coming back.

    I was experiencing very bad hair fall. I was recommended by my Mum to drop by Yun Nam Hair Care. So far, I have done 3 sessions with them. My consultant, Joey. She is very thorough with the various treatments. I have seen alot of reduction in my hairfall with just 3 treatments.I would highly recommend those who experience terrible hair fall to drop by Yun Nam Hair Care at Northpoint outlet.     Christina and Joie have been very helpful and thoughtful when it comes to diagnosis of scalp if I didn’t went there I wouldn’t know how damaged my scalp was , would definitely come back again for more treatments!!

    I have been to Northpoint Branch for a few years. During my visit I was served by consultant , Jasmin for most of my visits to this branch .
    She is very professional and caring. She make sure I am comfortable through the session. She monitor and advice me of my hair condition as well as recommend treatment product that best suits my hair and scalp problem. So far it has achieved a good results.

    Had my treatment at yunnam hair care.
    The staff there are very nice. Thanks to my consultant Felicia as she is very attentive to my hair issue too. My second purchase and will repeat my package again with her. No regrets as hair issue had seen improved. Keep it up👍👍👍

    Friendly and nice environment here.
    Had my treatment here served by the consultant named Felicia. Very attentive and cares about my hair root. Saw improvement of my hair strengthening after 10 session. Definitely will look for her for hair maintenance. Love this branch as they don’t hard sell.

    Would like to express my gratitude towards my hair consultant Winnie who has been very professional in her work and provides extremely good hair services.

    One thing to take note when going for hair treatment is to ensure you book your schedule when your consultant is around. There were times whereby I wasn’t treated well by other consultants.

    Though services were good, there will definitely be some hardselling of packages which I choose not to continue the package with them due to own personal reasons.

    There was significant improvement to my scalp and if you are considering to do hair treatment, do consider Winne!

    I with Yun nam already 6month. Aislin is my consultant she is very experienced and professional adviser. Under her care for treatment on my hair, I have seen improvement on my scalp. She is a very patient and meticulous person. She will always bring in smile and friendly approach to everyone. All the staff are Yishun northpoint yun nam all staff very friendly and hardworking. Overall rating for all staff are excellent. Thank you Ms Agnes for your dedicate service. Good experience and trustworthy.
    Agnes is very nice and care consultant and rich experience. I will recommen with my family and friends.
    If you are worried about your scalp problems and worry people hard sales you can find Agnes she will very steady and won’t force you.

    Just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Yun Nam Hair Care (Northpoint City).

    1. Effective
    I came in with hair loss issues and could see significant improvements (no longer dropping hair and could see the thickening of the hair).

    2. Professional
    My consultant, Aislin, treats her customers with sincerity and serves to her utmost ability; often going out of her way to help us. The other consultants are also professional; they serve themselves to a high standard (dress well and treat customers well with respect).

    3. No hard selling (at least for my consultant)
    After my consultant explained about my hair condition, she recommended the best package/ treatment that I needed. It was up to me if I wanted to sign up for it. There wasn’t any hard selling of other products too.

    Overall, based on my experience (third session), I would recommend this place to anyone who is facing hair loss issues.

    My sister went recently went for the promotion deal, kenna hard sell like crazy.. aggressive selling tactics. Try and AVOID the $28 promo. They will guilt trip you hard sell you, say its good to spoil urself etc.. add this add that spend $50 more on top of $300+ bills etc. If u are ever put in this position better to just reject and walk away immediately after ur initial payment. My poor sister did not dare to walk away cos she was still being nice to the consultant there. Ridiculous n LOW sales tactic lol. 😂 Consultant name was Felicia I think.

    Tried the $28 trial promotion at NORTHPOINT CITY. Hair treatment was good and the service was there. At first i was like okay not much hard selling even though there was a few times she tried to hardsell me when scanning my scalp BEFORE the treatment started.
    After the treatment, we went back into a small room for her to scan my scalp again and see the before and after.
    But that did not stop there. She kept hardselling me packages like “now got student price + CNY promo for $1500 usual price without CNY promo is $1800” “since u came with your friend, we can give u both the couple price of $360 before gst for 3 sessions each” “since u are a student, u can pay by atome so each month u will only pay $64~” then continued blabbering about the vouchers and discounts that i can claim from atome and also that i can split the bill so i can use more vouchers but turns out i cant even use the $10 voucher which was the most worth. After that me and my friend started contemplating and we already didnt want it and wanted a refund.
    BUT SHE DID NOT STOP THERE, SHE CONTINUE HARDSELLING even though we were both already using our phone as we felt so uncomfortable and pressured in that confined space.
    They have no sense of guilt, I am just a student so how do they expect me to afford their packages when its so expensive. They were so aggressive, me and my friend just had such a hard time telling them NO WE DO NOT WANT THAT.
    First and Last time coming to this salon. Dont be tricked by them simply because they give u a “special” or “great” deal with additional treatments because thats what they tried to do when me and my friend clearly told them we wanted a refund. They completely ignored our statement of “we want a refund. “ and continued hard selling.
    This is too much really.

    I want to compliment Aislin Samantha Anna for the wonderful experience at here. I have tried the trial promotion through facebook . Was abit worry of the hardsell as seen in other review. But what I experienced over here is totally different, It was well explain to me by aislin , treatment was relaxing done by samantha and anna . Customer service from the frontdesk Christine Maggie Tina was professional, they greet me with big smile very welcoming . Overall experience is way more better than what i expected. Please come down and have a try yourself .

    My consultant Aislin is kind, professional and attentive 😊 My scalp feels very comfortable after the treatment 👍🏻 I just started reading the review and I was worried that I would be forced to order, but there was no pressure during the whole process and it was very relaxing and enjoyable 😁👍🏻 I will introduce my family to her 👍🏻

    I was suffered in bad hair loss problems in past few years until I join Yun Nam hair care herbal treatment.My consultant Anna is very knowledgeable,professional and caring .She always provide me quality service and arrange effective treatment for me .It is worth to spend the money eventhough their treatment price is a bit high because i really cn see the different and improvement.
