    Ordinary Service, Overcharged me for an ordinary pedicure and was trying to hard sell a package. Charged $86 for a very ordinary pedicure. Didn’t say anything to her just because of courtesy but wanted to inform the others so that they make sure that they discuss the service before getting into it!

    What is more interesting is the reply – what is normally done at $46, she charged an additional 40 on the pretext that she needed to do something extra for my toes and it was nothing. I could see that they were trying to sell it to the person next to me and I must say that she was smarter in declining and I was not!

    Anyways, I know that people will not stop going there because of my review but I suggest that if I make them cautious it may make them

    I’ve been attended by Ms.Coco couple of times for eyelash extension. She is extremely skillful, professional and patience on handling my eyelash extension. Strongly recommended to look her to experience such an excellent service. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

    Really not sure how they can have so many 5 star reviews here. Honestly, my experience from the beginning to the end wasn’t very pleasant. Receptionist gave that unfriendly look when I’m checking out the price/charges. It’s like as if “i can’t afford” look. Not welcoming. The person who did my manicure wasn’t very professional too. Sort of giving some kind of attitude when i’m trying not to spend more. Please don’t hardsell. If a customer do not want, be professional & move along. For example, doing overlay etc. I wanted to do express gelish which I’ve mentioned beforehand but manicurist did classic which I have to stop & confirm again in case they wanna charge me with classic gel once done. Manicurist seems unhappy. To top it off, they do not have the colour that I want & i thought the replacement colour that manicurist mentioned will be quite close to the one I want but nooo. I have to make do with what they have because I can’t be bothered to stay there even longer and endure the bad vibes. Hence, my experience during the whole process was unpleasant! The first & the last definitely!

    Doing my extension eyelash there, after 2 days later the left eyes lashes was drop off a lots which I have done this before in this outlet and the staff say within a week can go back do touch up which is free. But this second then when I call back they say no package sign I will need to pay for it. I think this is not acceptable inconsistency service standard.

    Most of the reviews only talk about manicure services, does not do justice to their facial service! Yuki, the facial beautician, is definitely an asset Youth Station. Have been following her since 2020, and my skin has improved heaps. Already could see results after a few sessions all thanks to her skills. She does not hardsell, only recommends treatments/products that really can help with the condition. Highly recommend!

    Grace and her team of manicurists are very friendly, skillful and very efficient! They are creative and full of ideas with their nailart .👍

    One of the manicurist with shorter chin length colored hair was trying poking into customers personal affairs. She was loud and all customers can hear her. Despite the customer does not seemed be interested to continue with the conversation, she was still trying to probe and making comments. I would advise for someone in the customer service line, she should mind her own business and not being intrusive.

    The rest of the manicurists are respectiveful people, except for her. If not for the manicurist who I had always made appointment with, I will stop going to this place.

    Grace is very patient and knowledgeable. She is also responsible and professional that able to recommend her customers which Color and designs are more suitable to each person. Highly recommend!

    Before i went i was so afraid of the hardsell culture in service industry. But surprisingly they dont hardsell AT ALL and eventho the service was purchase from fave, they still make sure we get the best service as thats what i felt . I will definitely come back for more service even tho with the original price instead of fave purchase. Overall , the experience is GREAT! And my first trial of eyelashes extensions dont make my eyes feel and look awkward at all !

    Did a gelish mani, had a broken thumbnail that got fixed too! Kim did an amazing job, I really love how my nails turned out! Very patient and meticulous work. Lovely and friendly staff too! ❤️ good experience

    The color that came out looks really odd and very different from what was promised by the beautician. Hopefully this can be improved!
