    Booked appointment with stylist but always served by assistants only. Feels like I’m a guinea pig to train their assistants… not worth the money. Taking advantage of my easy-going nature.

    I like the hair dyeing service here. It doesn’t hurt your hair and scalp when bleaching it! The hairstylist’s attentiveness gave me the hair color I love and also took good care of my scalp! praise

    Very friendly to the elderly! Due to limited mobility, the staff will take good care of you! He is also very patient with children! Worth recommending

    I did hair treatment, touch up roots, scalp treatment, trimming of hair. I had a package with 2 slots left. So all that cost me those 2 slots and in addition I paid $190 (for hair trimming and a treatment). I am not sure if this is reasonable. Do let me know.

    Stylist was unprofessional and hardly attend to customer.
    Only when want to sell hair treatment package then keen to talk…money minded…
    No money no talk…

    This is a good saloon shop for me，whatever i want what desigh what hair service，there hairstylist always will follow my way or give me a more better suggestion，so this is The only choice for my hair protection and all the staff are good and friendly for me，yoke loo saloon good service and value for money

    Have given this salon multiple chances over the years and every hair cut i had here was just traumatising. Never coming back here ever again.

    Was recommended this salon by my sister who lives nearby some years back. Every time I’m back in Singapore I never fail to get a trim, a wash and blow. My daughter haven’t found a salon in London who is as good as her experience at Yoke Loo. She said the best haircut is from here! Says a lot!

    Have been going to Yoke Loo since my 2nd child born 5 years ago. Grateful to have Esther who has been with me and never disappoint me. It’s not just a haircut but a friendship formed.

    Hairstyling rushed the haircut and didnt cut properly. Highly unrecommended as they cant cut hair properly

    Great products used and friendly hairstylist. If you can communicate with them right, they can give you a good haircut. For its price it is reasonable but worth it. However, they mainly speak chinese, which may be abit hard for purely english speakers to communicate to.

    Been coming to this salon for the past 10years. Highly recommend. A lil pricey for a neighbourhood salon but it is worth every penny. Quality like what you get in salons in town

    Yensu the hairstylist was sweet n took in my suggestions for my style preference. This is a high end salon and they accommodated me on a last minute appointment. It was quite packed for a Tuesday. They deliver well. Will come back
